This well maintained and well equipped home offers perfect Cap Ferret location. Just a few steps away from the fishermen’s village you are immediately at the most beautiful bay beaches and the Mimbeau sandbank at your feet. The ocean beach is also within walking distance, as well as the center of Cap Ferret, with lighthouse, shops, restaurants and the market.
