App. ADRIAN is on the ground floor, has a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, but has a very nice garden of 30 m2 with a terrace and grill. Sofa bed in living room - space for max 4 people
In winter 2018/2019 there is app. ADRIAN completely rebuilt and thus gets a new, great living feeling and comfort. New modern kitchen and bathroom, also comes a new comfortable sofa bed. In the garden tiles, the dining table and the grill are renewed. New windows, doors and a thermal facade also improve the view from the outside.
Internet connection, final cleaning, parking, bed linen, towels and visitor's tax are included. Deposit is EUR 200.00 in cash on site.
If one of our yachts is free, we offer a free day trip with it.
Since 2015, the same owner has brand new, luksus, 4 star apartment PANORAMA PLUS in Njivice.

Gerne wieder wenn die Temperaturen unter 30 Grad liegen

Super netter Vermieter. Leider waren bei uns die Temperaturen immer über 36 Grad, so das man die Terrasse nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Aber dafür kann leider niemand was. Wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft mieten , können wir empfehlen.

Pieno relax al mare

Posizione tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. Spiaggia molto bella a dieci minuti a piedi. Appartamento al primo piano con piccolo giardino privato.

Nice time

Nice place, good contact with the owner, very useful terrace, quiet neighborhood. A bit far to the pebble beach - about 12-15 minutes walk.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle von uns benötigten Küchengeräte waren ausreichend vorhanden. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants und Supermarkt waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Besitzer war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schön fanden wir, das er auch deutsch und englisch sprach. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Punat

Haben die Ruhe sehr genossen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Alles sehr neu und ordentlich.Genügend Stauraum bietet der schöne Kleiderschrank.Die Gegend bietet für jeden etwas an. Wir waren angeln und stand up paddle, ein Traum.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sowie perfekt deutsch sprechend.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen in einer sehr sauberen Wohnung auf einer wunderschönen Insel verbracht. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sehr gut deutsch spricht, war unkompliziert! Ein großer Supermarkt ist ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, wie die erste Bademöglickeit und zahlreiche Restaurants! Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung ideal zu zweit im EG.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, um sich zum Strand oder in die kleine Stadt Punat zu begeben. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich nett und unkompliziert, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, um uns gekümmert hat.

Clean, comfy and convenient

A super friendly welcome from the owner who showed us round his immaculate little apartment and gave us various tips for our stay in Punat. The place was small but modern and easy to look after. Cooking facilities were minimal but adequate - the highlight for us was the excellent open grill on the terrace. We bought freshly caught fish and grilled them in the garden to enjoy with local wine and beer and wonderful locally grown vegetables.

Urlaub in Punat 2019

Sehr schöner Urlaub auf der Insel Krk, die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Umgebung und das Wasser im Meer einfach bezaubernd. Das Wetter war auch sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns das ganze mit der Yachtausflug noch es mal schöner gemacht. Einfach Empfehlenswert. MfG. 05.09.2019

Schöner Urlaub in Punat

rundum zufrieden

Die kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist perfekt geeignet für paare oder eine Familie mit einem Kind, da es ein Schlafsofa gibt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer ein riesen Plus ist. Zudem hat das Apartment eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem Grill und einer Sonnenliege. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Zum Meer sind es nur 100-200 Meter und auch ein großer Supermarkt, Restaurants, ein Spielplatz etc. sind fußläufig sehr schnell ereichbar. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Unterkunft war perfekt

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt, sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter, Bis zum Wasser waren es 5min zu laufen. Die Zimmer waren neu und sehr sauber. Die Terasse war für uns ein Ruhepunkt. Also wir würden dort immer wieder übernachten. Britt und Bernd

L'annonce n'est pas conforme à la réalité

Appartement propre et assez bien situé, mais pas de vue sur la mer comme dit dans l'annonce. Trop petit pour 4 personnes, même avec des enfants et donc eau chaude en insuffisance. Pas de tour en bateau non-plus, comme promis par message et sur place de vive-voix.
