Only 2.5 km from Capolona lies this former farmhouse in the wooded hills: Here there is plenty of space, lots of nature and a large pool! The living area is on the 1st floor, with large eat-in kitchen, dining room and the six bedrooms with three bathrooms. The interior is simple, in rustic Tuscan style. In front of the house there are various terraces and seating areas; at the back, the spacious pool area with sun loungers and a pool bar with frigo and stereo; covered garden seating with barbecue and pizza oven, and another external bathroom with shower and toilet. The location is ideal to enjoy Arezzo with its worth seeing old town - e.g. strolling through the Corso, visiting the worth seeing cathedral, the Romanesque Pieve, the church of San Francesco with the famous fresco cycle by Piero della Francesca - and of course having an aperitif on the Piazza Grande! Numerous trattorias offer local delicacies. In June and September, Piazza Grande hosts the traditional Saracino equestrian games; on the first weekend of every month, the entire old town comes alive with the great national antiques market. Other places to visit: The picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (35 km), Castiglion Fibocchi, Monte San Savino and Lucignano (about 25 km); the Casentino with its castles and woods and the picturesque Poppi, where you can also play golf (40 km) - and of course Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Campo" (75 km). In Capolona (2,5 km) you can get everything for your daily needs: stores of all kinds, trattorias, bars, tennis courts; private train to Arezzo and Poppi.
