THINGS TO KNOW
While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Location!
This was the perfect spit for my husband and I to spend a few days away. The location was awesome. Literally steps from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again. The unit was very clean and well appointed.

Beautiful View...but serious safety concerns.
The view was lovely, but the balcony railing was very loose and the carpet was a major trip hazard. I wouldn't want kids on the balcony or elderly walking around w/ that carpet coming up.

Beach view beautiful. Expansive mirrors are a nice added touch. Good pillows and keurig coffee are a plus. Broken pull out was unexpected. If you are ok with no heat in the pool, a small balcony and dirty windows, and just Roku…I guess you’ll like it.

Just my wife & I on this trip. A shelf in the bathroom was broken. The railing on the balcony could definitely use some paint.. couple other minor things. But, bottom line, it was an enjoyable stay

Overall pretty good. Location fabulous. Condo small. Bed good couch terrible. Provisions great. Just got a damage report and now upset. Sending me pictures of things that were already damaged hen I arrived. Dirty towels and sheet. I’d not think I had to wash before I left. A couch that belongs in goodwill they say has stains. It does not have anything I put there. Was a good trip till that

Great Experience
Price point was just a little high for us but overall an enjoyable experience. Recommend a base price of $125-$150 plus fees per night — nightly year round, to keep the unit filled. Recommend host getting some coffee for the Keurig for guests (3 or 4 inserts) and stock it or supply a regular coffee machine. Pool was warm and nice. Small pets welcome. Beach was great. The unit is about 550 square feet. Nice for a couple, but a little tight for additional persons beyond two.

Great place, great spot!
We had an amazing time staying here! The view was spectacular! A small cozy place that had everything we needed! Right on the beach, not to much to walk with a baby! Thank you so much! We even got to meet other guests and everyone was genuine and nice!

Cute condo right on the ocean. Place could use a little TLC but you can't beat the view. Beach towels would have been nice but otherwise everything is there.

Property very much needs an update, like immediatly.... Cabinets chewed up at the bottom, things coming apart, I could go on....The parking was horrible, they said to have your parking pass in the window, NO other cars did, so Im sure some of the people had more than the allotted one.....Fridge and freezer were open when we arrived so the floor was all wet......The batteries in the door lock were bad and it took24 hours for someone to replace them......Vacasa has very POOR customer service, the place had construction going on and that wasn't listed when I made the reservation......Won't do a Vacasa property again!

Very close to the beach but not much else around
The unit was just a few steps to the beach, which was perfect for our young family. The railing on the balcony was not attached on one side so we really had to be cautious when our 2 year old was out there with us. Overall the property is dated but the bed was comfy, the unit was clean, and it was less expensive than other places. It would have been nice to have an oven and for the dresser drawer handles to work. There aren’t many non-beach activities close by so if you’re going with young children and the weather is bad, good luck!

Worst rental ever!
When we paid in full in December we were told construction would be over in December. Then it was January. When we arrived 1/28 jackhammers and scaffolding from 7am to 6 pm Monday-Saturday. Vacasa wouldn't answer the phone. Condo looked like it had last been renovated in late 70's. No effort from vacasa to make this right. All our other rentals have exceeded expectations until now. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Everything in the home was as pictured! Just one shortcoming: the pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and felt like you are sleeping on metal bars. The condo is great for 2 people, but if more i would suggest bring an air mattress.

Condo property not as advertised
The condo is adorable and our stay would have been perfect EXCEPT Vacasa listing on their site “construction might cause noise between 8-5” was written. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. View was obstructed and most days tarped, so no sunlight came in. You could not use patio due to scaffolding, tarps and debris. View from living room window also blocked. Numerous attempts to call the company and local staff went without resolution or call backs. Other guests experienced the same, left early and very upset. Dust in outdoor halls, steps got all over our shoes. BEWARE, BEWARE of his company. They will not make it right and could care less about their customers. Another guest shared their updated listing and it’s been changed. Too bad they weren’t honest with us.

anniversary get away
very cute...clean, a dishwasher would have been nice...a few dishes were dirty( washed all we used anyhow). Smaller stove would allow more counter space.
