Nice place right on the beach but expensive
Beautiful unit, 4th floor, private balcony that is screened in so no bugs (but does impede view somewhat). Kitchen had nice appliances but not well stocked. Only 2 skillets for example. The place could use some painting (eg in the back bathroom the molding at the floor needs painted or replaced. Overall a nice place but overpriced for sure compared to many other condos on the beach we’ve rented.

We had a girls long weekend. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. No blender. The room is close to the elevator so there was a lot of noise. Great location for restaurants. The beach was great, not far from the condo to the beach and water.

It was beautiful!
We came all the way from Ohio! The condo was beautiful. Very clean and it was the perfect beachfront! There was water maintenance so they shut our water off for a few hours which I understand but a heads up would have been nice instead of just shutting it off. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and would definitely stay again!

Has potential. Dirty. Needs repairs.
Great location. Condo is large. Assigned parking is NOT guaranteed. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The room is spacious but was extremely dirty and needed repairs. We were shocked to arrive and find our room unlocked and someone inside. As 2 moms traveling with young children we felt very nervous. The sliding door did not lock. We had to use furniture to barricade. One of the toilets would not flush without removing the back and adjusting the plunger inside (gross). We love area, but would look elsewhere to stay for our next trip.

Picture perfect
It was just perfect! The furniture was fresh and tasteful. The beds super comfy, the kitchen & pantry well stocked. We loved the close proximity to everything!!! The beach, coffee, restaurants urgent care and hospital! Unfortunately we need the last 2 due to holes in the sand on the beach. My friend fell in and fractured both her ankles!! Ouch! Thank goodness for the elevator!! The sunset view from the balcony was stunning!!! One suggestion...more wine/champagne glasses, the comforters need a good washing & had a weird glitch where the TV stations in bedrooms didn't match living room?!? Could have been us though 😂 LOVED IT AND WOULD COME BACK!!!!

Great beach stay.
Our family loved the beachfront condo. It is only steps to the beautiful wide beach. The location was perfect with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Loved leaving the sliding door open in the Master bedroom and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and its breeze. Stayed here two years in a row and would definitely stay again.

Since my first review was rejected, I will try to summarize. To our surprise, when we arrived someone was in our condo and did not announce who they were as they exited the room quickly. We called the number given and were told it was the cleaning personnel but it certainty was NOT the cleaning crew! We asked for a description of the cleaning person but they would not provide it to us. This left us feeling insecure and unsafe. We were 2 women traveling with young children. We barricaded the doors at night and the balcony door would not lock so we had to improvise by using furniture. This condo needs a deep cleaning! Fridge had mold, freezer had dried blood, counters were not wiped down (dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, kitchen counters were filthy) crumbs on floors, floors were not mopped, coffee and end tables had glass marks from prior guests. Master toilet ran constantly and needed to manually flush several times by sticking hand in the back of the toilet. Notified agency that it was dirty and they did offer to come clean, but after the incident when we arrived, we did not want anyone else in the unit while we were there. This was not a cheap rental by any means! Also, our parking space was occupied when we arrived and when I called, we were told they could not do anything about it and to use the guest parking, thankfully there was one space open. I was very disappointed! I would not recommend renting from this agency.

Great location and condo, but some management/security issues.
This is the 2nd time that I have stayed in the property. We came back because we love the location, the condo itself and the short walk to the water. The condo is well appointed, has a beautiful view and has very comfortable beds/pillows. Unfortunately, I feel I need to mention some security concerns. While we were there two men, without identifying attire or even credentials, just unlocked the unit and walked in without knocking or our prior knowledge to install a sliding glass door. To say the least, my 80 year old mother and I were freaked out. When I called Vacasa, they were also unaware of the pending visit. The owner apparently had scheduled the maintenance directly and not informed anyone. The installation was cancelled and we were told that the owner thought the unit was vacant even though we had reserved it 5 months in advance. Okay, mistakes happen, right? However, 2 days later we arrived back at the condo to another man with his hands on the door about to unlock and enter the condo again. Again this man had no credentials or identifying info and could only speak via Google translate. This one wanted to count the towels. I immediately called Vacasa and they again had no record of a scheduled visit. The next day I got a message apologizing and offering a few hours late check out (not that we could accept). My mother wouldn't even leave the condo our last day for fear of someone else coming in. I am so very disappointed as we loved this condo and have recommended it to others. I have friends in the area that we visit every year or two, but I'm not sure that we will stay here again.

Great time!
Priperty was as advertised and was amazing. Check in process was a little off because we never received our parking pass until we gad already arrived and had to find a way to print it out. Location was steps away from beach and lots of attractions near by. 10 out of ten for sure and would stay agian.

Great trip!
Beautiful property in a great location walking/driving distance to so many different places. Very convenient! Beach was gorgeous and lots of good restaurants. We had an issue with arriving to a broken coffee pot and bedding had a stain but Courtney who we spoke to was amazing!

Excellent Beach Condo
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The views were amazing from the balcony, the condo was very clean and spacious, and it was a short walk to many local restaurants and shops. There was easy access to the beautifully maintained beach and the pool. We would absolutely stay at this location again in the future.

The kitchen is very well stocked and the washer and dryer were very nice. It's a great location very close to everything we enjoy doing. Would definitely stay here again.
