Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great stay near from the beach !

We had a great time at this place, it was clean, we had a nice view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. We had a little issue with the digital key when we came in but it was all resolved within minutes with the possibility to talk to someone 24/7. I recommend the place !

Perfect for a family beach get-away

This was a great rental for our family of four (kids age 9 and 7) for our beach vacation. Indian Shores is beautiful, quiet, and much less touristy than surrounding areas. The condo was the same. It was clean, spacious, and a four minute walk to the beach. We loved having access to their beach cart, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Everything we could need was right there. The condo made for a very convenient, stress free vacation. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low key beach get-getaway.

Roomy, nice decor, great views. Had a stressful time checking in. Wrong codes. Could not access the garage for our entire stay. Some electricals not working- dryer, exhaust fan. Good location though; close to pretty beach.

Fantastic Property!

We’ve stayed in this area many times over the years but this place was the best we’ve ever rented! Nicely appointed, well maintained and the views of the inter coastal will keep you entertained. Or…simply walk across the road to the beach. Great property. Lots of room for 4 adults. We will definitely look to book again.

Great location

Great location and view of bay. Condo is on third floor overlooking mangroves and bay. Beach accessories are a plus. The full wall sliding glass door to the private balcony is an awesome feature.

Beautiful place

This condo was so lovely! It was very spacious, very clean and had an amazing view of the bay. The only thing missing was an elevator but that’s on me for not asking. The AC malfunctioned and the property management could have not been easier to deal with. They provided prompt service and all was well within a few hours. Even better, we did not have to be at the condo for the repair. I really can’t say enough about the great service. Additionally, the garage contained a treasure trove of beach and pool supplies, including beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, floats, body boards and on and on. Also, the unit was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The couch, chair and beds were very comfortable. I really can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this property!

Great condo seconds from the beach!

What a wonderful place. Beautifully decorated with cozy furniture to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The beach toys and chairs/umbrellas made it possible to soak up every minute of the wonderful Florida sun. My family and I will definitely come back.

Felt like home

The place was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in we felt like home so warm and comforting. Spacious rooms with beautiful views all around. We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Great location! Amazing views. Close to beach and restaurants. Thinking about coming back and bringing the kids. Clean and comfortable. Definitely relaxing! 5 stars!!
