Great location
We enjoyed our week. Great location on the beach. Nice beds. Condo is damp and clothes and towels don’t dry well. Dishes were not very clean either and had to be rewashed. Pickleball court was fun and the pool was large.

Great place!
We loved this condo! It fit our family’s need for our stay. Great location and Indian Rocks beach is one of favorites. One draw back is the water heater was too small for our family’s size. There is a wait time between showers and you have to plan laundry accordingly. It seems that maybe it is older and could be made just a bit bigger to handle the maximum occupancy size. We would definitely not let this keep us from booking with them again. Just a kind suggestion to look at getting this changed.

NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR 3 OUT OF 5 DAYS
The AC was out when we arrived. We thought maybe it would take a little time to cool down but when it didn't we started reaching out to Vacasa. Multiple phone calls ignored and spent much of our time trying to contact them for help. It was 79 degrees at the very best - couldn't get any sleep for 3 nights and one of our group had to stay in the room in case someone showed up. Very aggravating and unhealthy. Communication was horrible at best!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location some restaurants within walking distance. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Pool/hot tub and pool area was clean and well maintained. Appreciated there being lots of seating around the pool and umbrella tables and loungers. Beach area was well maintained as well.

We had to make several calls (a waste of my time) to correct an internet problem that deprived us of 5 days of TV and the ability to work remotely. In addition, the water heater could only provide less than one shower; we had 7 people. We feel we were cheated from enjoying our vacation thoroughly. For what we spent, we feel we deserve compensation for our lack of amminities. This seriously affected what could have been an otherwise relaxing vacation.

Nicely appointed condo with many amenities to make staying here easy. Kitchen stocked with ample dishes and utensils to allow for east meal prep. In unit laundry is a nice perk and furnishings are updated and unit was clean. Mattresses were comfortable as well. Keyless access made coming and going from the beach east.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The views are spectacular. The unit was clean. We had a few water issues and some bug issues however management seemed to respond quickly enough and were on top of it. The space was nice for all 7 of us, we even cooked a large thanksgiving meal. Thanks for the hospitality.

a little dissapointed
property itself was fine. Disappointed in the offshore management company. we needed to print parking passes and were never told you only have one stall. Also disappointed in the fact that other units had access to storage beach chairs and this little fact was never communicated to us - so we had to go buy chairs. Unit was very small for a 3 bedroom as advertised. building itself was OK - bug for theamount we paid - I expected a nicer place.
