Our property manager is available 24/7 should you need anything, have any questions or problems. Please be assured that you will always have someone to support you if you need anything.
For guests staying May thru October there will be an electricity surcharge where we take meter readings before and after your stay, so you only pay for what you use.

Property needs TLC

Also the manager didn’t respond to emails and texts well. When there was a problem with the fans he did get that taken care also. But when I would ask questions about checking in and out he was not fast on responding. I sent a message day prior to us leaving to see what we needed to do, I heard back after we had already left

Good times in Puerto Vallarta

Had a great time. The condo is well equipped. Just needs a little TLC in the bathroom. Pealing paint in the shower. We hope to return.

Disappointing

While the location of this condo is ok, the condition is disappointing. The place needs to be updated by painting the walls installing new cabinets and new furniture. The shower has mold on the floor, the shower head sprays directly on the door making it difficult to adjust the temperature before getting in, and the shower head spray is very weak. The appliances are old and the clothes dryer does not dry the clothes. The safe was broken. The restaurants in the hotel section only serve hotel guests and condo guests who purchase the meal package, which we were not interested in. There aren’t many restaurants within a short walking distance. The noise from the hotel activities personnel was very loud and occurred several times a day.

Great View!

This unit was very nice, well stocked, and true to the pictures. The building was nice, with plenty of washrooms and good elevators. The pools and beach area are lovely and we usually found lounge chairs when and where we needed them. The "Snack Bar" is for the Condo visitors and owners and you pay for the food or drinks, it is not part of the all inclusive resort plan. It is on the left side of the main pool while looking seaward and was a lifesaver. Brennan and the rest of the snack bar staff were friendly and welcoming, made great burritos, burgers, etc, and had reasonable prices, especially at Happy Hour. The unit is spacious and the view is gorgeous, just like in the photos. There is no guide with information on the unit, resort or area and after an extensive search we had to call Host Ivan for basic info. He was helpful and accommodating but a written guide is a necessity and would have saved a lot of effort. We got lots of information from the front desk staff at the resort. They have ATMs off the lobby. The cost for 24 hours of all inclusive participation was over US$120 per person in early December 2023; 9 am to 5 pm is also available for less. The closest grocery store is a hot 30 minute walk away at Paradise Plaza. We cabbed back. Bikes would be handy. The kitchen is well stocked with all required utensils and pots. We tried no local restaurants, there were few close by and we couldn't use the resort restaurants. Make sure you stock up on groceries.

AMAZING PLACE

We stayed for 10 days and everything was wonderful. The view, the apartment, everything worked perfectly. I felt at home with a wonderful view of the beach.
