Anna is responsible for the house and farm and Mauro rules the area with its many fruit trees, the four olive groves, the vineyard, the pond, which is fed from the ancient mineral water source and the romantic hiking trails, which also include the Roman path.

In the modern converted old barn, the communicative center of San Pancrazio, there are two floors with a wonderful covered terrace with a wide view, a communal kitchen, a conference table, music system, TV, a home cinema, armchairs and a full bath. Free WiFi and open to all guests.
