This beautiful home on stilts overlooks the open water for breathtaking views from sunrise to sundown. Features furnished two bedroom with two full bathrooms, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for while on vacation! The main living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors to bring the outdoors in and leads to a porch overlooking the water. The kitchen features lots of cabinets and countertop space for preparation of your favorite meals with stainless steel appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, range, oven and refrigerator with ice and water at the door, and full attention to small appliances and cookware.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, double closets, ceiling fan and private full size bathroom. The guest bedrooms features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, private porch and access to hallway full size bathroom.

A boaters paradise, the dock is equipped with dock posts, fish cleaning table, swim ladder and cleats and offers immediate access to the ocean and gulf!

Downstairs is an open air patio with a spacious outdoor gathering are. Choose from picnic tables to concrete table and benches, complete with BBQ grill for outdoor enjoyment and covered parking.

Lobster Season and Birthday

This property was phenomenal!!! It was CLEAN and the owners anticipated every need. From speakers, coozies, chairs, linens to lighted outside steps. We brought our boat for fishing and swimming along with our paddleboards during the day. Then a short 25 min drive to Key West every evening for the nightlife. That is the absolute perfect spot for convenience. Need ice? They got it. Need bait?...got it. Beer?...got it. Friendly neighbors....GOT IT!! We'll definitely stay there again.

Boating convenience

The location of the home was perfect. House had everything we needed. Aside from a few minor problems it was great. Surprise! Had to pay for parking our car, no spot to park the boat trailer, an extra HOA fee that was required at the guard shack and the A/C did not work the first couple nights. Otherwise beautiful.

The Perfect Home

This home checked all the boxes for us. Clean, well equipped and beautiful water views for as far as the eye can see. Venture Out is a very nice park with a mix of trailers, 5th wheels and raised homes. It's a boater's paradise with easy ocean access and on site boat ramp/fuel. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Time!

We were there for 10 days in March. This spot had everything. From a beautiful view overlooking a clear water canal and the ocean. Plenty of room for our boat and kayaks. The unit was comfortable clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home. The beds were extremely comfortable My family fished nightly catching and releasing snapper Even saw shark come in. We would definitely stay here again!!

Slice of heaven by the water

This property was lovely. Newly renovated, clean, and with a view that is hard to rival. The community in which it is set was very nice, with excellently run amenities. The size of thw rulevook and contract was daunting but everything was easy and we had no issues, so don't be put off by that. I wish the property had a couple of boats or paddle boards to have better enjoyed the water, but next time we'll just bring or rent them. The distance from Key west is actually quite nice, accessible but much more quiet and low "key." We will be staying here again in the future.

Had a great stay. The rental had everything you need and anything you can think of. Views are awesome. One small suggestion is an umbrella for the top deck table would be great. Still a great place to stay.

Beautiful views!

The house is outstanding and the views gorgeous! Fully equipped with towels, cookware, nice decor. The rules are posted everywhere and seem to be a bit negative to me.

Great place in the keys

This place was nice, especially if you will boating as the dock is perfect and well equipped. Had a 32” Boston whaler and it fit with room to spare. Place is nice and only a 25min drive to Key west, which we did every night we were there. Great place, would stay agian.
