Cozy "FROG" Apartment nestled in Bay View

PLEASE READ DETAILS:
The apartment is a "FROG" - Furnished Rooms Over Garage. Must take stairs to the 2nd story where the apartment is located. See pictures.
Apartment with large kitchen and common area living room. Deck is directly off the kitchen for El fresco dining and grilling.
This property is beside a vacant cottage that we are refurbishing, but does not interfere with your stay. The property is also a work in progress, at this time we do not have any green space, but we continue to work on this and will have additional improvements each week. We do have outside seating on the patio under the deck - also a work in progress.
If you are looking for a clean place to stay and enjoy all the attractions the Bay area has to offer. We have the perfect space for your stay.
Pet fee of $100.00 per stay. No smoking inside the apartment.
We are located in the heart of Vacationland in the friendly village of Bay View within walking distance of a fishing pier, Clemons Marina with pontoon rental, a ramp and dockage, town park, locally owned restaurant, convenience store/bait shop, laundry facility, as well as a bar & grill with outdoor seating and tiki bar. Bayview watercraft rentals also have jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks for rent.
Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands, Marblehead lighthouse and many other local attractions are within a short drive from our central location. Walking trails in various parks and quarries.

Stayed here while fishing Lake Erie great location in between multiple access points to fish the main lake. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this cute place. Everything was clean, and well stocked. We liked the location being about 15 minutes from the main part of Sandusky, and also not too far from Marblehead and all of the attractions near there. The neighborhood was quiet, and Pam also included some nice little goodies and helpful brochures! We would definitely come back again!

Anniversary getaway

FROG perfect for our weekend!

This property was perfect for our family weekend away. It was very spacious and comfortable and a short driving distance from Cedar Point and other shopping/dining experiences. We will definitely be back next year!

We stayed here last summer and really loved it, so when we heard that Sandusky was in the path of totality, eclipse-wise, we leapt at the chance to return and bring our friend who grew up in Sandusky. It was a perfect place to spend the extended weekend for all three of us!

Bay View Weekend Getaway

Great Location

Easy access to Marblehead, Sandusky and Cedar Point. The unit is very clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is ideal for a casual bike ride but we didn't bring ours. We'd stay there again next time we're in town.
