Nice place Munich
Nice, new, well laid out flat just a few minutes by car to Munich city center. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Clean, safe and secure apartment with parking and a bus stop accross the street.
This apartment is very accessable to Zentrum by the 55 autobus which stops accross the street and the S1/S2 which take you into Zentrum. Total commute time is about 30 minutes, very easy. The building is very clean andsecure and has parking for a reasonable fee. There are convenient washers/dryers in the building for a fee.

Sleek apt bldg in east Munich
The initial checkin was problematic: automated system not responsive to name, reservation # etc. Phone numbers provided for assistance did not include all numerals. But an email from Claudia who came immediately rectified. The studio had a fully functional kitchen. Bath was modern & elegant. I was fortunate to be given a courtyard room. Streetside would have been traffic noise heavy. Across the street bakery & restaurants convenient. Discount grocery nearby. I would stay again.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, einchecken super problemlos. Die Ausstattung könnte eventuell etwas mehr sein (2 Tassen sind schon a bisserl wenig. Musst halt ständig spülen). Im Bad sollte man die Duschwände bzw. Abdichtungen erneuern, Bad stand nach dem Duschen immer unter Wasser. Uns persönlich waren auch die Matratzen s´zu hart. Aber es war auf jeden Fall super sauber und vor allem die Superlage direkt an der Bushaltestelle war ein großes Plus.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Positiver Eindruck, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, netter Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner, die Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre ist sehr vorteilhaft. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder einmal nach München!

Un séjour agréable
2 nuits passées dans ce studio tout neuf pour un séjour professionnel. Arrêt de bus et boulangerie à proximité, bien pratiques. Check-in très simple par saisie du code transmis par mail (arrivée à minuit). Calme même si le studio donnait sur la rue.

Clean, Comfortable, and Efficient
A compact apartment for two that was clean and efficient. Check-in process worked well and communication with landlord was always good. The neighborhood is safe with grocery and pharmacy a block away. DM store was a bit of a walk though. Several German restaurants with beer gardens nearby. Learned many Bavarian food idioms at those restaurants. 55 bus, which runs frequently, connects well to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems. Would definitely stay there again.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung, lediglich die Matratze war uns zu dünn (aber das ist natürlich individuelles Empfinden).. wir würden aber wieder kommen! :)

Visit to Munich
Very nice, newer building. Conveniently located to bus line, bakery and grocery. Also very easy to get to central Munich via the bus, U Bahn and S Bahn. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. Stayed here ten nights and would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Germany.

Rundum zufrieden
Der Check-in via Automat war total unkompliziert. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist super, da man nicht lange einen Parkplatz suchen muss. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die nächste U-Bahn ist ca. 1km entfernt, was aber total schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Direkt gegenüber hat man einen Bäcker, ca. 50 Meter entfernt einen Aldi. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Größe. Auf Dekorationen wurde, abgesehen von Bildern an der Wand, verzichtet, was ich persönlich nicht schlimm finde. Gekocht haben wir nicht, daher kann ich die Küchenausstattung nicht bewerten. Das Bett war super bequem und auch die Bettdecken waren kuschelig. Einziger Punktabzug ist der Duschvorhang, hier wäre eine Glas- oder Plastiktrennwand schöner. Beim nächsten Münchentripp würden wir die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Super close to everything
This place was a spacious studio apt with Bus 55 literally right outside your door to take you to Ost Bahnhof, all S-Bahn stations and U-Bahn stations. Opposite way is nice mall. Small local Aldi grocery store just 2 minute walk! Great location! Stefan, Claudia, and staff were all super nice and helpful. Our apt did face the street so because we kept windows open all the time was pretty noisy but we managed to tune it out with earbuds, earplugs, or TV. We definitely would come again on our next visit to Germany

2 Wochen leben in München
Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren sowohl beruflich als auch zum Urlaub in München und dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir hatten viel Platz zum Sitzen und Arbeiten, es gab Waschmöglichkeiten und alles war sehr sauber, neu und gut ausgestattet. Direkt neben einem Aldi und verschiedenen kleinen Läden konnte man sich gut ausstatten. Würden wir gerne wieder buchen!

Ce petit appartement est placé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus (en bas de l'immeuble) qui permet de pouvoir laisser la voiture dans le garage sous terrain. Suffisant pour un court séjour.

5 Week Stay
My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks to be in Munich for the birth of our grandchild. (We are from the US.) The unit met our expectations, was clean and was functional for an extended stay. The mattress was quite firm, which was fine for us. There was convenient access to the MVG bus system which we used daily. Overall a very nice stay.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung. Leider sind sämtliche Türen Sicherheitstüren, die laut zufallen, so dass einen die Mitbewohner häufig auf Trapp halten. Die Betten sind nur 80 cm breit und von den Matratzen sehr hart, was bei uns zu unruhigem Schlafen geführt hat. Alles Andere war sehr gut.
