Apartment near the beach with a lagoon view

A small holiday apartment furnished in a maritime style awaits you, just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach (350m) of the Baltic Sea and the lagoon promenade (100m). You live centrally, but pleasantly quiet with a side view of the salt lagoon and the small marina from the balcony.
The 1 room apartment is equipped as a practical living and sleeping area. It is ideal for 1-2 people who feel comfortable in a small space.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway, which offers enough storage space for luggage with a large closet. From here you get into the small shower room inside. It is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
The living area is furnished in a maritime style. Next to the couch is access to the balcony. Equipped with 2 chairs and a table, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Salzhaff. Opposite the sitting area is the small dining table with 2 seats.
The small kitchenette is practically furnished. A basic set of dishes and cutlery is available. The stove is equipped with 2 hobs. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle and a small microwave. The fridge has a freezer compartment.
A fold-out wall bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) ensures restful nights and can be completely folded up during the day. If this bed is too narrow for you, you can alternatively use the sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).
Next to the wall bed there is a small TV board with a flat screen and radio.
WiFi is available free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be rented from us on request or brought from home.
The apartment does not have its own parking space. Please use the free public parking spaces at approx. 50m from the church. There are also public parking spaces on the outskirts that can be used if everything is occupied in the village.
