Traumhafte Lage, schönes Objekt, toller - gut bewachter Pool- Aber ab abends 21 Uhr bis nachts um 3 wird es wirklich laut. Das italienische Leben beginnt offenbar auch in dem Objekt erst um diese Zeit und so war es an beinahe allen Tagen von verschiedenen Seiten echt laut- jedoch hat man sehr darauf geachtet, dass im Pool zwischen 14- 16 Uhr kein Mux gesagt wird...der Lärm war wirklich störend und is nix für sensible Gemüter. Wir haben beschlossen den Urlaub mit allem zu genießen- was von der netten Betreuung und dem ansonsten freundlichen Umfeld gut unterstützt wurde.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Appartamento accogliente,spazioso molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo soggiornato una settiman ( con due ragazze di 6 e 15 anni). Molto familiare e sorridente l'accoglienza. La posizione non e' vicinissima a Levanto sono circa 12 km ma le strade sono piuttosto tortuose. Noi abbiamo usato la macchina per raggiungere Levanto e successivamente il treno (comodissimo) per visitare le 5 terre. Ci sono volendo comunque numerosi sentieri che portano alle 5 terre e un servizio di navetta.

Un luogo perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla, può sfruttare sia il mare meraviglioso che la montagna con l’aria fresca e profumata, la l’appuntamento spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario, pulitissimo. Lo consiglierei a chiunque di andarci a passare una vacanza, credetemi ne vale la pena.

Très bruyant et difficultés de communication
La communication a été très difficile au début car la personne qui vous remet les clés ne parle pas un mot de français ni un mot d'anglais. Nous avons eu quelques explications mais en Italien. Donc, nous n'avons rien compris. Nous avons deviné nous même où se trouvait le local poubelles, où trouver du pain pour le petit déjeuner... Nous n'avons jamais su s'il y avait un marché... Nous avons cherché nous même un supermarché sur internet (sur nos téléphones via la 4G). Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé des cheveux et des poils dernière la colonne du lavabo et derrière le bidet les WC. Nous avons également trouvé des miettes dans le bas des placards. J'ai nettoyé moi même. Mais ce n'est pas le plus dérangeant. Ce qui a été gênant, c'est le bruit. Endroit très bruyant car ça résonne beaucoup, car les gens parlent fort sans forcément faire attention aux voisins même le soir et surtout car des jeunes adolescents jouent au ballon et crient jusque passé minuit. Alors par pitié, ne mettez plus dans votre annonce que c'est un environnement sensible aux bruits mais que c'est un environnent bruyant. Je ne recommande pas cette location pour des personnes qui recherchent le calme et le repos. Autre chose : la literie est très ferme (dure) que ce soit matelas et oreillers. Important à savoir : ce n'est pas une résidence pour touristes mais un lieu de résidences secondaires donc très peu de touristes. Les Italiens restent entre eux et on se sent un peu à l'écart. Sinon pour finir par une note un peu de positive : le cadre est jolie, la piscine est vraiment superbe et bien entretenue et nous avons été invité à leur fête du village où quelques italiens ont essayé de communiquer avec nous et ont été sympas. Ils nous ont fait goûter des spécialités Italiennes.Mais malheureusement cela est arrivé le 15 août soit 2 nuits avant notre départ.

Logement agréable et bien situé pour visiter les 5 Terres. La salle de bain aurait pu être un peu plus propre à notre arrivée. Amélioration suggérée : mettre à disposition du matériel bébé (lit, chaise) ainsi qu'un grille pain
