All was well, the home was nicely outfitted, and very comfortable, as we were there for a horse show, so relaxing was key. We had a few notes for the host: the lightbulbs in one bedroom were out, so we 'borrowed' one from from a floor light to get it working, and we also noted the WiFi info in the book in the home had different information than the online arrival email.. the email was correct, and very helpful, by the way.. but the book is incorrect, so should update that when possible. other than that, we had a nice stay!
This was a great place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. It had a nice private back yard to walk our pets. This home was cozy, clean and super comfortable bed! :) Thank you@
House was great for our stay during USKids tournament. Great location, central to all the courses. Quick response from manager. Comfy home and super clean.
Nice property and good location. The house did have a strong smokey undertone but overall, clean house, nice property and nice neighborhood to stay in while visting the area. Did not have any interactions with property manger while at the property since everything went smoothly, so that is why it is rated as 1 star since there was no way to listed as N/A.
Only negative comment would be that the batteries in the living room remote for cable box are dead and need to be changed out. Had to use master bedroom romote to work loving room TV. Wouldstay the property again.
We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a nice house within a quiet neighborhood. The layout is spacious and the baths and kitchen were good. The property manager was lovely to speak with too.
But the house did have a smoky smell in it. We bought febreze and aired it out. But it still remained. It was not bad but it was noticeable to a non smoker.
Great location with easy access to entire area. Well maintained property in quiet, neatly kept neighborhood. Well worth the price.
Minor items:
1. Instructions for operating lock to gain access to property were missing crucial step. Thankfully we figured it out.
2. Upon arrival master bedroom smoke alarm battery was beeping low and back porch light was burnt out. Property manager returned call within 30 minutes and resolved issues within 90 minutes.
3. As advertised, many streaming options available on TVs. I had asked if basic cable was available (was told yes). It was available in master bedroom but not living room, which was a slight disappointment.
This home in Aberdeen was perfect for our stay while visiting family! Super clean, great location, friendly and responsive property manager! Minutes from downtown Pinehurst and Southern Pines. We will definitely be staying there again! Thank you for opening up your home!
We really enjoyed our stay during the three-day High School Nationals golf tournament at Pinehurst! Very clean and convenient to everywhere we went that week. Thanks!
