The check in process was not good. The employees at the resort were helpful but the villa did not instruct them on the check in process. Got charged extra for parking and using the pool. The condo was not near the pool and not in the resort. Loud tenants above us

Nice spacious place. Property staff were very freindly and helpful. Kitchen was very under stocked. The check in is a long process as we had to go to one property management company and check in then stand in line to check in, then be told we could not get the final check in done until 4pm and it was 10 minutes till... so stand in line again at exactly 4pm to finally check in. Management company also, sends way to many e mails and texts it became annoying. It is a ways from Disney but we liked having a market and restaurants so close.

Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.

HOA imposes a maximum 90 days stay which cannot be exceeded.
