The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a comfortable and spacious area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the bonus room and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.

Several great restaurants as well as drugstores are located a few blocks away. The Marsha Sharp Freeway is nearby making it easy to drive anywhere in Lubbock. The Preston Smith International Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from the home.

Great restaurants within walking distance include Thai Pepper, Jazz Louisiana Kitchen, Hayashi Midtown as well as Scholtzskys. Within a mile of the house you will find Picantes Restaurant, J & M Barbeque, Caprock Cafe, Five Guys Burgers, And Bigham's Barbeque.
