From the 25 m² terrace you reach the 2nd roof terrace (30 m²) via a staircase - both offer a breathtaking view over the roofs of the city and directly to the sea. The nearest supermarket is only 100 metres from the accommodation and a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 200 m away. The beautiful sandy city beach Playa de los Bateles is only 400 m or a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.
