Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 49m² in Bad Wiessee (58201)

Our apartment Setzberg has a size of 49 square meters, is located on the ground floor on the south-west side and has a terrace. In the living room there is a dining table (height 0.70m) and two armchairs with a small table, as well as a kitchenette with a sink that can be driven under (height 0.70m, height 0.85m). The double bed in the bedroom is separable and one side is possible as a care bed with side rails and gallows.

The bed is electrically height adjustable, and the slatted frame is electrically adjustable in several positions. Aids such as lifters or similar can be booked. In one of the two wardrobes there is a clothes rail with a pull-down handle. Bathroom with shower / toilet (toilet seat height 0.47m). In the shower there is a handrail over a corner (height 0.85m) with a suspended shower chair (seat height 0.45m) with a backrest, the toilet has a folding support handle on both sides (height of the bottom bar 0.70m, top bar 0.85m) , and the washbasin has handles on both sides (on the left a support handle with a height of 0.70m / 0.85m and a fixed handle on the right at a height of 0.90m). It would be possible to raise the toilet, which we have in the house and can therefore be installed at short notice.

The apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible according to DIN standard 18040.

In addition, there is a disabled toilet with changing facilities for all guests and visitors in the entrance area. In addition, a barrier-free toilet and two barrier-free showers are available in the wellness and health area in the basement.
