Mixed Experience
Our recent stay at this property offered both positives and areas for improvement. Let's start with the highlights. Jessica, our host, was exemplary. She was incredibly responsive, even calling promptly when we did not get the door code message as expected.
The location on the first floor was ideal for easy access. The bed was another standout; the mattress was exceptionally comfortable.
However, there were several issues that detracted from our overall experience. The TV consistently disconnected from the internet, requiring frequent reconnections. Additionally, the towel rod fell off the wall multiple times. The toilet would intermittently run unless the handle was jiggled, and the sofa was uncomfortable due to the bed it contained inability to fold completely.
The sliding glass door was also problematic, requiring significant effort to open. Moreover, we were surprised by an expected visit from an exterminator; where advance notice would have been appreciated.
Comparatively, while we expected this property to surpass hotel accommodations, this unit fell short despite demanding a premium price.
While I could have contacted the host to address these issues during our short stay, as many others can relate that becomes an inconvenience for the me the renter. In full transparency I did send the same comments to the host 5 days prior to leaving this review. No response was received.
I hope these concerns will be addressed to ensure future guests have a seamless stay.
