The space
Approx. 17 miles from SLC airport, 21 miles to Snowbird, and 11 miles from downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get downstairs.

Friendly pets are welcome to share the backyard with our little shitzu-poodle. She is afraid of everyone and will probably yap at you and then run away.

This studio apartment is below our family room so you may occasionally hear us or our little dog walk around, but the insulation is excellent so it's pretty quiet.

Loved this place!

My friend and I found this property while looking for a stay-cation spot, as well as somewhere with a different view while working remotely. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The studio was beautiful and very clean, the host was SO kind and responsive, the neighborhood was nice, we felt very safe/secure, the hot tub was relaxing and secluded, we were so close to great shopping and food… I wish we could have stayed longer! 10/10 I would recommend!

We enjoy meeting our guests and live on the same property so we'd love to meet you but are also okay if you like to keep to yourself.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.

There are some nice walking trails accessible from our neighborhood and we are about a mile away from Daybreak Lake.

If you are in town for skiing we are about 20 miles away from the ski resorts.
