This luxurious classic style villa has a large tropical garden of approximately 2000sqm with a private sweeping pool heated by solar and a water cascade. There is a heated, light-filled outdoor hot tub for relaxing in the garden with sea views.
The well-kept garden is surrounded by palm trees and there are many different plants. (Garnet / Lemon / Orange)
Villa JANNINE offers you various, spacious terraces over 3 floors with a unique sea view. Porches or Rooftop Terraces, Buddah Fountains ... and two different grass loungers are for our guests to discover. The retreats to relax on the property are varied. There are many "cozy corners" available around the house.

The villa has a large entrance for parking and play and is secured by high walls for a good privacy. Table tennis and a snooker / pool table can be used there outdoor.
In the garden is a small extra house, where a sauna and a Kettler fitness machine are housed.
For barbecue there is an open barbeque area in the garden and in addition a large Weber gas grill on the terrace to choose from. Various, high-quality lounge furniture with comfort covers and modern umbrellas provide relaxation and shade. An electric awning with wind detector offers even more shade options.
Inside the house you can use a spacious, 186m² living area with 3 bedrooms / sea view - which have electric shutters (2) - and 2 bathrooms each with large walk-in showers. In each room, the air conditioning can be controlled separately. A modern kitchen with bar counter and bar stools (American Fridge, Ice Maker, washing machine, dishwasher, Saeco coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, ....) is also available.
Living room and dining room are open and stylish. There are in the 3 bedrooms and living room each flat screen TVs. For children there is Playstation with div. Games and DVDs and a game room or the 3. Bedroom. This room should be used as a bedroom for children.
Rental guests occupy only the lower pool floor with 186 m2 inside area. The upper floor is private and will not be occupied during the stay. The house is completely at your disposal with garden during the rental period. You need to go down the stairs from the driveway to get to the pool area as the house is on the hillside. An outdoor video surveillance is installed, which can be covered if desired. A car is necessary. The nearest towns Moraira and Javea are about 5-10 minutes by car. The nearest beach is about 2 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in about 3 minutes.

This luxury villa is set on the grounds of almost 2000 m2 with beautiful terraced gardens. There are also orange and lemons groves on hand. The all round sea views are amazing rising above the blue pool. Many secluded areas including solarium roof top, hammock and lots of new luxury outside furniture settings, with many sun shade umbrellas and electric awning with wind detector, makes this villa feel good factor for everyone 12m long, curvy and water cascade at one end during the night with many lights. There is an outside shower with jets. The upper terrace is accessed by external stairs, however you can enjoy many different levels all around the house, in fact there are four terraces. The garden is very spacious and full of blooming plants, lemons and oranges are plentiful and for you to take it. The stone BBQ is just hidden by the lovely green patch of grass. There is also mobile gas Weber BBQ to suit your mood of the day. Next to spacious parking in the front of the villa. There will be no one in the main residency while you can enjoy your privacy. Cumbre Del Sol is located between Moraira, Benitachell and Javea towns. It is exclusive residential area. Cumbres own local pebble beach is just two minutes drive. During the high season, you can enjoy a meal at the beach, as the beach has a restaurant / bar serving tapas .The nearest sandy beach is in Moraira, only 5 kms away. Cumbre is a National Park, and the unspoilt scenery is a perfect place to unwind. Cumbres Moraig beach has dramatic high peaks towering over it. Cumbres shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive away, and there are plenty of supermarkets, chemists, banks, newsagents and various international restaurants in nearby Moraira, Benitachell and Javea.

This part of Spain is recognized as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. There are many local fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. On fiesta days, the towns are transformed into one big weekly local markets where you can buy a wide range of items, from vegetables to small pieces of furniture. Street parties, not forgetting to run bulls to the sea, this buzzing atmosphere needs to be experienced.
