DAPHNE SCENIC BAY VIEW CONDO

This is a condo to truly enjoy living in, both indoors and outdoors, in one of the most scenic locations in the area.

Beautiful, well furnished, first floor, newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with view of Mobile Bay and downtown Mobile. Large deck opens onto large green space with live oak trees with spanish moss. Exterior wall of living/dining room is all glass for the view and sliding glass door to the large deck, or pull the curtains for privacy. Appreciate the tongue and groove wood ceilings in the kitchen and the bath, and designer tile in the bath. Enjoy your coffee on the deck with your wonderful view, and the sounds of birds singing. Enjoy large screen TV's mounted on wall of living room and bedroom along with high speed internet. In warm seasons enjoy the two swimming pools.
For pet owners: One or two dogs accepted with a $25 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the "Travelers" box, then select “Pets” “yes” (and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the high quality of our home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the chalet with their pets.

The condo is conveniently located: 1 mile from I-10, 8 miles from Fairhope, 9 miles to downtown Mobile, and 37 miles to Gulf Shores. Grocery stores (Publix and Rouses) and many restaurant and shopping choices are nearby.

The Condo is walking distance to Panini Pete’s new restaurant “The Waterfront” next to the Daphne City Boat Launch, both located on Yacht Club Drive down the hill on the Bay. Only two blocks away is the Eastern Shore Trail for biking, jogging, and walking. Also nearby is the Daphne Bay Front Park, with boardwalks through the wetlands and a pier for fishing, and historic Village Point Park Preserve, which is home to the Jackson Oak, the oldest living live oak tree in Alabama. The tree is 95 feet tall with a 28' foot circumference.

This condo is in a great location in Daphne close to everything. It has a great view of the bay. The condo had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Aside from a few minor details, everything was wonderful.

The Quietest Retreat
In town for a high school marching band competition and time with family, we found such solitude at this condo. Truly, the quietest place we've ever stayed. A respectful, pet-friendly community all around. Everything we needed was within reach or a very short drive away. Super comfy bed and sofa. And the view...if it's sunsets you seek, you will find it here. In a peaceful setting just steps away from the back porch. Coffee and quiet reflection in the mornings are golden. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautifully updated and clean condo. The back porch was incredibly peaceful, and we saw spectacular sunsets! The location was absolutely wonderful, very close to everything we needed (shopping, walking trails, and restaurants) while being extremely quiet. We could not have asked for anything better.

Cute little condo tucked into a cozy corner. We had a nice view from the patio where I sat enjoying coffee and listening to birds in the morning. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 6 day stay. The extra lrg King sized bed was super comfortable and the condo was very quiet. If there were neighbors above or below us we didn’t know it. The parking lot was good and we never had to park far from the unit and the whole area felt safe. We walked down to the waterfront and saw an alligator in the bay, watched seagulls, pelicans and dolphins and just had a peaceful, pleasant time. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for something in Daphne.

We enjoyed the condo, it was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Even though it is June, we spent every morning and evening sitting on the back patio enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the property. We walked 2 times over to the Waterfront restaurant for dinner. We would recommend this rental and return when coming back.

Amazing stay
The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the decor. I felt like I was staying in a nice resort. Everything from the patio to the dining area were perfect and loved the coffee station! And it has probably one of the best views of the bay as well as overlooks several beautiful live oaks. Enjoyed listening to the birds every morning. Definitely plan on coming back.!

Daphne Scenic View
With a wedding in Loxley and friends in Mobile, this Daphne location with a scenic view was our choice again for this third visit. With cleanliness, a super comfy bed, and all the amenities, there was only peace of mind during our weekend visit. The hosts were readily available and made us feel welcome. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoy the peaceful green space and beautiful sunsets. We love both of our condos and hope you do, too.
