Nice big house on the beach

Lots of space indoors and outdoors, easy walk to town, a quick drive to parks and Tamarindo. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good location

The house is right on the beach, with a beautiful garden and pool. It's spacious and comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The interior of the house is a bit outdated but has all the amenities you will need.

Great location, nice house, great host

The house was lovely - comfortable and airy. The location is awesome (can walk to restaurants, market, sailing center, etc). and it’s great to be right on the beach. Paula was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for two families. We stayed for a week with two families of 4 (4 teens and 4 adults). The location is perfect. The communication with the property manager and check-in/out process was great. There are beautiful views. The pool was deeper than expected. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

Spectacular

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved having our own pool and right outside the gate was the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around to the close by restaurants and the market but you don’t need one since everything is within walking distance. Paula was very accommodating and helped us with transportation from the airport and renting the golf cart. Would highly recommend this property.

Potrero Adventure

The property was excellent. It was very hard to find and the directions were poor. The location is great, close to a small but adequate grocery, several restaurants, a brewery with food trucks, all within walking distance. The street the property is on is filled with potholes and quite dangerous. There is an adventure store across the street which is enlarging their parking area. This may be quite helpful for additional adventures, travel, touring on ATVs etc. The property manager was very helpful. The pool was grand and the beach lovely.

All little bit of everything

We stayed in this lovely home with another family. Kids ages ranged from 6-13. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and had activities to keep the kids busy. We didn't spend a ton of time at the home because we were busy exploring CR during the day. Although the house was off the beaten path, we made sure to plan our day accordingly. It was surrounded with the nature and was very peaceful. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond and the house keeper were lovely. Highly recommend!

Accurate listing. Nice beach front place

Very nice place. Pool is just right size. Extremely simple access to beach, just walk to end of the yard. :-) Typical for VRBO, there are some things that need to be fixed. The laundry dryer squeaked/screamed very loudly. One faucet upstairs sprays water. But I would return again. Good place, very helpful responsive manager.

Great location in Potrero

Nice spot on the beach in Potrero. Just up the beach from a few great restaurants and beach bars. Pool was great for the boys and the beach was just past the gate. Paula was a great help as well.
