Cozy 1 bedroom near Current River

This one bedroom one bath apartment is just 3 minutes away or 1.3 miles away from The Landing and GORGEOUS Current River in Van Buren, MO. Come enjoy the river and afterwards stop by Jolly Cone for dinner and dessert, then back to the room for some sleep and do it all again when you wake up! Don't forget the sunblock, however if you do it is just a short drive to the Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Main Street Market. We'll see you on the gravel bar.

Weekend stay

Adorable cottage!

This property could not be any cuter. It was a perfect location to go tubing and hiking. There was a great little coffee shop down the road. Very cute and quaint place to stay. It was very clean and adorable on the inside. We will definitely stay here the next time we come. Amanda was great. Easy to get a hold of. Easy to work with. And I loved that there were not all the extra hidden fees. Very reasonable Great host. Highly recommend.

Great/Easy Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend at this cozy place. It was centrally located with easy access to actives in Van Buren. Had a comfy bed and was quiet. Love that they're pet friendly and had a perfect setup for my pets. Great space for a couple. Will likely stay again as we try to make regular trips down there.

It was perfect for current river!

Just like the title says, we spent 3 days on the Current River. All 3 days were long floats and we spent the majority of the time on the water. With that said, this was the perfect little place for us to come back and wash up at, lay down, and prepare for the next day. It was clean and extremely convenient to everything in Van Buren. If you’re traveling with a small family or small group and plan to be on the water the majority of your time I highly recommend this stay. Amanda was a very good communicator and was fast with responses!

There was a dark part of the main room that could have used a floor lamp. Bulb out in ceiling fixture. There was no signage out front to indicate what the property was--relied on a picture I had. No mention of the availability of a DVD player since there was no Wifi.

I'd have see some changes before staying again.

When we arrived the code for the door was incorrect, luckily someone was driving by and told us the code was incorrect that they sent us then realized that they did not have us on there calendar and the room had not been cleaned from the people before so we had to wait for 30 min. so that they could clean the rooms. It was clean, very sparse on funiture in livingroom. it would have been nice to have a table and chairs to eat on. Called to see why the TV never worked. never got a call back. Coffee maker was a joke. No place to put your soap, shampoo etc. in shower. The lighting in the LR was horrible. It would have been nice to have a real lamp by the bed so you could read. If you did'nt leave the bathroom door open it became a steam room. No place to hang cloths, or a place to at least put your suitcases off the floor.
