Boutique apartment with large pool 200 meters from the beach. The entire apartment is completely renovated with new kitchen and bathroom, floor and new furnishings. Ocean Ridge is. Fantastic location right between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. A Key West Style small quiet community right by the town.
The complex is well maintained and clean with multiple seating in the shade or in the sun.

Perfect location

Have stayed here before and love it. Nice and quiet, short walk to the beach, very clean and well stocked. Will definitely be back.

Another great stay at Seaview!!

We just ended our second long-term rental at the Seaview Apts. First was one month at Christmas, Dec 2019. This was 3 months while we bought a house. The location is great - one block from the beach, parks and shopping only a short drive. The units have always been immaculate, comfortable and artfully decorated, and the grounds well-kept. The owners, Donna and Peter, are fanatic about maintaining the facility and go out of their way to ensure a good experience for the clients. Jim, who lives there and also serves as a part-time super, is invariably pleasant and helpful. This is probably the best rental experience we’ve ever had. I recommend them to the very highest degree!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This place is a complete dump. It does not look anything like the pictures shown. There was a strong odor of dog urine as soon as we walked in the door, ants everywhere, and stains on the sofa and bedding. It is not maintained, bedding was not washed, and there is a serious bug problem.

a tropical paradise

This is a ideal location and aesthetically beautiful a little bit of key west this was my second time there and I stayed a month my disappointment this year was the unfriendliness of the on site owner who was very unfriendly and when my air flight was cancelled and I wanted to stay 1 more night they asked for 125 which I thought was insensitive due to to pandemic that we are all facing Jim is a great guy and very nice and helpful(he is the go to person) undeniably the location is beautiful

Good times, good location

Just lucky to have great weather so a very short walk to beach was great. We had almost everything we needed at this place, and what we didn't have , the excellent deli close by did ! We would stay here again.

Disappointing

Chose location near our past home in FL. Great location near beach. Paid in full before arriving. On arrival learned of construction two units from ours (chip hammer noise). Our unit had maintenance issues (faulty air conditioning and heating, toilet rocked on base, smoke detector battery failed ((chirping for hours)). Repairman schedule required us to leave annual event we travelled to attend and generally disrupted our schedule (air and heat not repaired during our stay). Owner did halt construction after a couple of days. Site manager funded a compensatory dinner for us and provided a portable heater. We purchased and replaced battery to end noise. Conclusion - not a relaxing environment due to noise and maintenance problems. Neighbors had issues as well - would not recommend due property inadequately prepared for guests.

I would highly recommend this property

Recently stayed a 2nd time; this property offers all of the amenities you’ll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The beach is close by, the apartment was very clean, the pool area very relaxing and the gardens were well kept. Donna & Peter were wonderful hosts and were very accommodating.
