Welcome to your beautiful and spacious home in Overland Park, Kansas! Ideal for traveling families, friends' gatherings, or work trips, this inviting space will truly feel like your home away from home. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this wonderful retreat during your stay. Managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management.

This home is spacious and features two king beds and three queen beds. You'll also find 3 full baths with one having a jetted tub, a full kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking, and a living room with a great sectional to relax. You can also enjoy the dining room with a table that seats 6 and a great screened-in patio that would be perfect for keeping cool in the summer or wrapping up in a cozy blanket during the cooler months. Additionally, this home offers a driveway that can park up to four cars.

During your stay, you will be renting the entire home and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

Please note that the pool is not heated. Pool availability is seasonal. The exact time when the pool will be opened in spring is largely dependent on the weather and how much rain we get. Please keep this in mind when booking for April and May dates

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture, in the beds or in the pool. There is a $300 fine for the additional cleaning if we find that a pet has been in the pool.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Great stay near Kansas City!

Arrived in Kansas City area for four nights for business. The house was in a very nice neighborhood close to all kinds of shopping and food. Everything about the house was exactly as listed. Very clean, very full of amenities as far as towels for the bathroom dishes, soaps for the shower, etc. Communication was excellent and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area if it’s available!

Perfect Location and House

The house was perfect for our week stay, we had more than enough room for everyone with everything we could need. The kids were able to have their own space to relax and the adults had space to work during the day. The pool looked perfect but only our youngest braved the water in October! Check in was super easy and flexible when we were delayed with kids sports and Lance was quick to respond to answer questions and checked in to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect for us with everything you could need just around the corner.

Lovely home!

This home accommodated part of our large extended family when they came from out of state to visit us! The kids (big and small) practically lived in the pool and the sun room was nice for the adults to get out of the sun and heat while watching over the kids. Close to everything we wanted to do in KC! Great place!

Great choice

Backyard is great. Pool gets sun until late evening. Many pool toys and flotation devices to enjoy. Cabana and deck good for grilling, lounging, watching TV or playing cards at deck table. Inside the bedrooms have comfortable beds. The TV room on lower level super comfortable and TV huge! Only issue was the person who cleans the house was at house 30 minutes into our check in time and the table on dining room had not crumbs n it and floor in sitting area adjacent to kitchen appeared to not be cleaned/vacuumed. Would stay here again, especially in Summer!

Neighborhood description
The home is located in the suburbs of Overland Park, Kansas. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores or restaurants you can think of. We are just 3 mins from Price Chopper grocery store, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks. We are only 4 mins from downtown OP. 5 min access to highway 35 that will get you anywhere.

Getting around
Our house is about 40 minutes from KCI airport. We are about 20-30 minutes during non-rush hour traffic from downtown, Sprint Center, Union Station, Crown Center, Plaza, KC Convention Center, zoo and both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 25 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. 15 mins to Johnson County Community College. Options around Overland Park are Uber, Lyft and 1010Taxi if you do not have/rent a vehicle.

Pets are welcome with a fee. We do not allow any parties or gatherings.
