Welcome to Summer Breeze, Emerald Isle! Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring three separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! This listing is for SUMMER BREEZE EAST, an upper-level unit with 3 BR and 2 BA, sleeping 7 total.

New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are lovely views of the crystal ocean from the spacious decks.

All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are fully stocked with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 large smart TV per unit).

A maximum of 2 cars per unit is permitted, no exceptions. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per unit, with a non-refundable PET FEE of $200 per dog. Please note the number of dogs you are bringing when inquiring or requesting a reservation.

Summer Breeze East (2830223) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
Summer Breeze West (2756822) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
The Bungalow at Summer Breeze (2821655) is a ground-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 6.
Summer Breeze East + Bungalow (2756755) offers the East unit plus the Bungalow below, with a total of 6 BR / 4 BA, sleeping 13.
Summer Breeze, whole house (2535770) includes the upper East and West units, plus the lower Bungalow unit, sleeping 20 people.

Excellent stay

Beautiful place, with a great view of the ocean, accessible to the beach by walking across the street from the house. The host was easily accessible and accommodating. Would stay here again and loved Emerald Isle❤️❤️❤️

Great for weekend getaway!

We had a great time at this house! It is definitely better in person than in the pictures. Everything looks brand new and the unit was very clean. The house is extremely convenient to the beach access, and we just about had the beach to ourselves. A suggestion would be to somehow mark where the separate units should park their cars. Not a deal breaker for sure, just something that was interesting to navigate. It would also be nice to have a rug in the living area to make it more “homey”, but I understand why a rug wouldn’t be desirable with sand. Overall, we had no complaints and are already talking about our next visit!

Great Family Place!

Our stay here was phenomenal! We needed a place to escape the world for a few days and Ken's property provided the perfect hideaway for our family. We had a bit of confusion with linens and towels, but that was a hiccup with VRBO's system. Even so, Ken took care of it immediately and was super gracious and understanding. We loved how close to the beach this location was and felt like the space fit our family of seven pretty perfectly!
