Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Great stay!

The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The unit was clean and spacious. Checkin and checkout were simple. The only issue was the jumping child on the floor above us, but that’s not the owner’s fault. Would recommend!

More “Club” than “Wilderness

I was at big Cedar for a conference, and all of our rooms were sold out, so I quickly got on my VRBO app and found this gem! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, cozy, and well appointed. The balcony, with the gorgeous sunset view, was an unexpected plus! I had a coworker whose reservation was messed up and fortunately, there was a sleeper sofa, so she came and spent the first night with me. She was so impressed over the rooms at the main lodge! Having the kitchenette was great for leftovers and bringing some of my own snacks, since I have a special diet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee pot worked perfectly! You would be surprised how many places I’ve stayed that the coffee pot just ends up with water all over the floor. One of the best things about staying here are the transportation amenities… It was off-season so we didn’t get to use the pool or anything like that, but the property shuttle will take you anywhere on Big Cedar within minutes! The drivers are super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. If you like to walk, this building is very close to the walking trail that takes you to the wilderness walk, which also includes a 5K trail for the runners. I will definitely be booking here again for the next conference! It was a great stay and I had no issues. Thank you!!
