Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
With a private hot tub, an open-concept living area, and a foosball table, this four-bedroom, multi-story townhouse is a roomy, entertaining retreat. Step out onto the two upper decks to take in the fresh mountain air, and make use of the Lake Village sauna, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse with a pool table.
The third-floor, open-concept living area is the perfect gathering spot, detailed with a wrap-around leather sofa and armchair by a stone fireplace. Gather for movie nights on the 40-inch TV or challenge the family to a foosball tournament.
The open kitchen has plenty of countertop space to prepare home-cooked meals. When dinnertime rolls around, there's room for the whole family to dine together at two tables with six chairs each.
Sleep comfortably in three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The primary bedroom includes a gas fireplace with beautiful stonework and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer.
This three-story Lake Village townhome is located near Stateline and Zephyr Cove. Drive just a few minutes to Nevada Beach, casinos, shopping, and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
