Clean, convenient apartment

This is a lovely apartment with two beds only 5 minutes walk to the U-bahn. It is a very peaceful location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Apt and Location

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice living space. We didn’t feel cramped at all. The neighborhood is a bit edgy, which we like, but may not be right for everyone. Tons of great cafes and restaurants in the area and very close to the train. I do wish communication had been better. It started off fine when we booked, but then I didn’t hear anything until the morning of our arrival which was stressful. I had to call VRBO support and then quickly got a response and the arrival/entry instructions. I understand you may not be able to send codes until the morning of, but you need to more clearly communicate that to give people peace of mind. I was really scared we didn’t have a place to stay. That said, our stay was amazing and we loved our time in Berlin. I would recommend. Just work on better info regarding arrival.

Prima appartement, slechte communicatie

Het appartement is prima. De keuken is basic, maar wij gingen lekker uit eten in de buurt. De communicatie vanuit de verhuurder was slecht. Wij hoorden op de dag dat wij naar Berlijn vertrokken, dat zij een dubbele boeking hadden en dat wij de eerste dag in een ander appartement moesten verblijven. En wij moesten de volgende dag om 11:00 uur er weer uit en dan tot 14:00 uur wachten totdat het volgende appartement beschikbaar was. De volgende ochtend bleek dat wij toch nog een dag in het andere appartement konden blijven. Kreuzberg is een prima multiculti wijk met leuke en goede restaurants.

Mitten im Leben

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in Kreuzberg. Da sie im Hinterhof liegt, ist es trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Betten und auch die Couch sind inzwischen neu und bequem. Man hat alles, was man benötigt, kann auch wunderbar auf dem Balkon im Grünen den Abend ausklingen lassen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief wunderbar unkompliziert ab. Sobald man aus der vorderen Türe tritt, pulsiert das Leben, Kneipen, Restaurants und nahe bei die U-Bahn. Ja, es ist Kreuzberg und wenn man auf absolute Sauberkeit der Umgebung Wert legt, ist es nicht der richtige Stadtteil, aber wer buntes Leben und Vielseitigkeit liebt, findet hierbei richtigen Ausgangspunkt für einen Berlinbesuch. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Einfache Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Einfache Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Alles war sauber, die Betten außerordentlich bequem! Ausstattung sparsam aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man nicht großartig kochen möchte. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung am Kottbusser Tor, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Rewe am Kotti, Lidl am Oranienplatz).

Great quiet appartement in wonderful location

Just around the corner of busy Koti, but it’s calm and quiet in this nice apartment, even with a little terrace. The beds were comfortable, as was the shower. Perfect place to discover Berlin from!

Good Stay in the non-tourist side of Berlin

Overall a good experience. The property manager was accommodating and was able to help us when there was trouble upon check-in. The property is true to the listing and is in very close proximity to central Kreuzberg. Very recommended if you want to see the non-tourist side of Berlin. Walking distance to the U-Bahn which makes for quick access to all of Berlin.

Pratique

L'appartement et la salle de bains sont propres, la literie agréable. Même si le temps ne s'y prêtait pas, la petite terrasse extérieure est appréciable. Les commerces sont à proximité. Donc globalement l'appartement est bien, la cuisine mériterait cependant une petite amélioration (intégration d'une plaque de cuisson)

Nur, wenn man sich wirklich sicher ist, in diesen Kiez zu wollen!

Die Lage ist nicht empfehlenswert. Der Rewe am Kottbussser Tor ist tabu, da man durch ein gewöhnungsbedürftiges Viertel laufen muss. Zur Vorsicht : besser nicht! In Richtung Oranienplatz ist es wieder ok. Abends muss das Schlafzimmerfenster geschlossen bleiben, da die lauten Stimmen und Rufe der Kneipen bis nachts zu hören waren. Zum Glück ist der Biergarten z.Z. geschlossen, denn er ist seitlich am Balkon. Der Balkon, der auf den Fotos wie eine einladende Terrasse aussieht, war sehr dreckig und das Laub und Vogeldreck, aus dem letzten Herbst, nicht weggefegt, Stühle und Tisch hatten noch die Flecken der anderen Gäste. Über der Wohnung wohnt eine laute Mieterin, die bis nachts hin und her läuft und Musik hört. Für den Preis gibt es bestimmt bessere Wohnungen. Das Sofa und der Sessel sind sehr stark durchgesessen. Die "Schränke" sind große Boxen ohne Regal und Tür. Die Kleidung blieb also im Koffer. Die Vermieterin ist ok. Als es draußen kalt war und die Heizung nicht lief, hat sie am nächsten Tag eine Elektroheizung vorbeigebracht. Wir waren schon oft in Berlin Keuzberg, aber hierher kommen wir leider nicht wieder.

Eine Woche in Berlin

Die Wohnung liegt schön in der Mitte von Kreuzberg. Die Dresdener Straße ist wirklich nett mit einigen wirklich schönen Restaurants und Bars von denen man in der Wohnung (Hinterhof) zum Glück aber nichts mitbekommt. Der anliegende Kottbuser Platz war für uns Kleinstadt Menschen allerdings sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut geschlafen. Das einzige was noch von Seiten der Eigentümer geändert werden könnte ist eine neuer induktionsherd. Sonst ist an alles gedacht und in Funktion. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn appartement, dichtbij metrostation en winkels

De woning is op de begane grond, makkelijk als je iets slechter ter been bent. De ruimte is voldoende voor 4 personen. Keuken, badkamer voldoende uitgerust. Bedden wat hard, netjes opgemaakt. Inrichting gezellig. Jammer dat er qua onderhoud kleine mankementen zijn, loszittende gordijnroe, gordijnen die te weinig ringen hebben. Het huisje was comfortabel warm!!!! In de zomer zal het kleine terras erg fijn zijn.

Die Wohnung ist o.k., aber die Fotos auf der Homepage sollten mal aktualisiert werden, da die Zimmer nicht so aussehen wie auf der Homepage. Vor allem die Bilder des Balkons und der Schlafzimmer. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat auch schon besseres Zeiten gesehen, der Balkon war voll mit Laub, im Schlafzimmer lag dicker Staub auf den Beistell Tischen Und im ersten Zimmer rauscht die Heizung so stark das an Schlaf kaum zu denken ist. Ich hatte mir anhand der Rezensionen mehr von der Wohnung versprochen.

Kann man mögen, muss man nicht.

Über Geschmack der Einrichtung lässt sich ja streiten (Sammelsurium), über die Sauberkeit aber nicht (Spinnweben, Stockflecken, Küchengeräte...) Ausstattung der FeWo hinkt gegenüber allen anderen uns bekannten FeWo's deutlich hinterher. Der Kücheneinrichtung ist ein gewisses Alter und Gebrauchsspuren deutlich anzusehen... Kurzfazit: Preis- Leistung in keinem guten Verhältnis Umgebung wie erwartet.

Schöne und interessant geschnittene und eingerichtete Wohnung am Kottbusser Tor - einfach perfekt

Saubere, gemütlich und interessant eingerichtete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und mitten im Kiez mit Kneipen und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben umfangreich ausgestattet und der Service ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall wieder nehmen.
