Detached house made of natural clinker stone with lattice windows on 2200 sqm large park-like grounds with apartments. The apartment consists of a living / bedroom with kitchenette, a bathroom (with walk-in shower), a toilet and a small hall with separate entrance (spring 2019 completely renovated). You can use a large guest terrace with garden furniture and an old well in the courtyard, directly in front of the apartment to relax. Another guest terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers is located in the guest garden with wooden hut (1 room) with fruit trees, boxwood hedges and hornbeam hedges in a very quiet location. From the terrace of the guest garden, you can look through a rose arch on the wooded chicken farm of the neighbors and forget about everyday life with a cup of tea. Holiday for the soul!
