Golfers will love the location of this comfortable two-bedroom condo, sitting right on the green at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club, and the whole group will love the community pool, plus easy access to the beach, around five miles away, natural areas, and all the Sunset Beach attractions. Start the day with a cup of coffee, taking in the water, trees, and golf course view from your balcony. Pop inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make breakfast before your tee time, and dine together at the table for four. After a day on the links or the sand, return home to relax in the central AC and watch a little TV, with cable available on the living room TV and streaming only on the two bedroom TVs. End the night as you began, back out on the balcony, this time with a frosty beverage and a toast to the perfect Sunset Beach vacation.

Do not rent from Vacasa
They need to clean the place better. When you call about an ant problem don't wait all day. This was not a small ant problem they were everywhere in the kitchen. I woke up to 100's of ants in the kitchen. They also need to clean the balcony. It was not cleaned at all. Plus get rid of yhe outdoor pillows with black mold on them. They need to have a better answer service for after hours. They are no help if they can't understand you! Do not rent from them.

Not a fancy 5 star condo but it was oaky in most respects. Cons: Older appliances (still function), weak water pressure in the showers, natural light pours through blinds and curtains, condo is quite small in size. Pros: comfortable king size bed, lovely screened-in porch, fantastic location.
