Unwind at this peaceful 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex perfectly located on the banks of the Grand Canal. The duplex was newly constructed in 2021 and boasts soaring 22ft ceilings letting natural light flood the space even on rainy days. Enjoy the large covered private deck in the back while admiring the canal views. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, grill your favorite meal for your entire family, and listen to the sounds of your kids laughing while making sand castles in the backyard. Damon Point is just a short 1/2 mile away with fine sand and curling waves and plenty of beautiful shells. The ocean is a 7-9 minute drive and the best way to watch the setting sun. Oyhut Bay Resort shops and restaurants are only a quick walk away. You are Shorely Blessed in this peaceful home away from home.

Wonderful stay!

Very nice and clean. Cute property. Close to the beach and nice neighborhood to take peaceful walks nearby. Short drive to town with many family friendly activities. Dog enjoyed the stay as well.

Quant and quiet

It was good, some things didn't work and the beds could be improved, hot tub needs cleaned, outside lights need service and the gas fireplace outside didn't seem to work. Overall the place is very cozy and cute, had everything we needed.

Extremely clean, and the furnishings/decorations make it feel modern while also warm and cozy. The location is perfect; the setting by the river with the hot tub and fire pit is a great bonus. We appreciated the well stocked and equipped kitchen. My family and I are looking forward to coming back!

Perfect stay for a family!

Very nice place with all the accommodations you would ever need! Very relaxing and very clean and close to Damon point! It was beautiful right on the canal. Kids loved the deer coming right up to the house.

River relaxation

It is a duplex if you have friends or family for other side, being of a shared back yard. Newer home with beautiful decor and style. Hot tub just off deck to view stars on a clear night, fire pit to sit around. Easy to find location just a couple minutes drive to beach. Will return again someday.

Perfect space for a family trip!

We rented out the entire space - our family had one side and my sisters had the other. The units themselves are clean, modern, and spacious with the added benefit in our case of the door in between to make the flow even better. We had small children so having the big play space in the backyard, Damon point only half a mile drive (ride pools, kites, beach time) and Oyhut Bay an 8 min walk made it such an enjoyable experience. Kelly was extremely communicative and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Annual Family trip to the ocean

Beautiful property! Well maintained and stocked. Loved being on the canal and having sand and fire pit in back yard. Kids had a blast!
