This beautiful, non smoking condo is located on the 13th floor of tower 4, which offers sweeping views of the emerald green gulf from the newest tower at Long Beach Resort. This condo has very nice, upscale furnishings and is in great condition!! Enjoy the floor to ceiling, wall to wall ocean views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 ft balcony to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another stunning Florida sunset! This 750 sq ft condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa and recliner in the living room. The dining area will accommodate four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. This unit has tile throughout. The bathroom has a huge marble garden tub with shower, and a separate dressing room area with marble vanity featuring his/her sinks. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 sq ft lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar & grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on site, 24 hr security and gated access with plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do, such as golf, restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is right across the street!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, this is the condo for you!!

This was my second time staying at Long Beach. Gray views and great pool. This unit could use a few updates. Needs new towels and ceiling fans need a good dusting. But overall we were very pleased.

Great get-away spot for your family
Condo was in a good, quiet, family-oriented location, in tower 4 of Long Beach Resort, right on the beach. Just close enough to everything, and far enough away from the mob of partying high school Spring Breakers by Pineapple Willy's. Had no issues, host was very communicative and clear when booking. The unit itself was just enough, bed is comfortable and has a a balcony door. A bit dated, but from what I understand that's most of tower 4 though. There are only six or so units on each floor, so even on 13th floor, we often made it up/down with no excess elevator stops. Main pool with food stand/bar is between tower 2 and 3, so a little walk. You do have smaller pool and hot tub between tower 3 and 4. Thank you Kim for hosting, having a blow dryer, the travel sized body wash and toiletries for use. Whoever left the salt & pepper and cooking oil, that helped too! There is a broom, but was no dustpan. Resort security seems on point. A little strict if you want to invite any over, or go on walk and forget your bracelet. Can't access site without a bracelet or parking pass. Beach is private. If you're renting umbrella/chairs look for coupon code online we saved like $60+ on the week!

Things could’ve been better.
The renting process was easy, but the sheets did not stay on the bed. If you moved the fitted sheet came off every single time. And the comforter seems like a fabric it would have been very difficult to clean.. The television was very difficult to operate, we had to push each number for every channel in, And there was two remotes and I did not know which one did what.Just frustrating things. The furniture on the porch is very rusted. Things could’ve been better our friends rented another place from a different group of people and it was extremely clean and much more upgraded for the same price.

Positives: great location and condo was overall clean. They layout of the condo was comfortable. Negative: Bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. It had a waterproof bed pad that felt like we were lying in a pool of our own sweat all night. The fitted sheets on the bed did not fit. Both my husband and myself got up multiple times each of the 3 nights we were there to fit the sheets back on. The water in the shower did not stay hot long. If you have to shampoo, condition, wash and shave it was tepid by the time the shower was over. It was not a horrible stay, but we have stayed in better condos for this price point. Better bed and water heater would have made this a much better stay.

Good place, good time
Everything was as presented and we enjoyed the stay greatly. There were a few minor problems with the unit but nothing major. The shower diverter valve leaked putting about half the water down on our feet. The dryer apparently only heats in the automatic setting. The A/C filter needs to be changed.

The LBR is very easy to access and the view from the balcony is gorgeous
The condo is a little outdated appliance and furniture wise. It is definitely not upscale as described in description. It was clean and nice for the two of us for a weeks stay. Walmart is directly across the street. The one complaint I do have is that there was not enough hot water to fill the garden tub due to the size of hot water heater. Only could fill tub about 1/3 full. Would stay here again for price. You .can enjoy the peace and quiet in the area

Weird experience with maintenance.
The room itself was nice. But my second night around 9pm someone started banging on my door and trying to get in through the keypad (I had the deadbolt locked). I yelled through the door they were at the wrong room. He said he was maintenance and needed to come in and check some things because the unit below me had a leak. Well me being a young girl by myself I was not comfortable just letting him in so I told him to get security up and I would let them in. He said okay and made a phone call. Meanwhile I called the Kim's Condos number and she was obviously annoyed that I wasn't trusting of someone claiming to be the maintenance man wanting in my room at 9pm. So I asked her for the number for the condo security and I called them and told them I wouldn't let him in without security so he said okay he would be up shortly. Then a minute later security called me back and just said the maintenance guy left. It was hard to enjoy the rest of my trip because I was worried about who would be trying to access my room the whole time. I considered leaving early but didn't want to waste the money I'd already paid for the room. If it was in fact a legitimate maintenance man trying to get in my room, I felt he handled the situation very unprofessionally by just leaving when I wouldn't let him in without security. I probably will not be staying at this property again. I would rather stay somewhere I feel safe.

It doesn't get much better.........GREAT CONDO seperate Master BR w/balcony, Living Rm & Kit w/balcony - AMAZING VIEW -Good Location , We booked the night before we checked in. After booking the booking manager immediately contacted us with a call and an e-mail confirming our stay the next day. We went to condo we picked up access info at the guard gate and in the condo we went all smooth with no hassle.... We even needed permission to park another vehicle the next day and the manager answered our call and said no problem I can handle this and my husband picked up his parking pass at the guard shack. And the PRICE Was very reasonable and cheaper than a hotel for the 3 of us we had a 10 year old with us and she slept on the sofa sleeper in front of the balcony overlooking the ocean and we slept in the Master BR King size bed in front of the balcony overlooking the ocean. THE OCEAN IS VERY CLOSE TO THE BUILDING and they have a nice swimming pool also. For the cost of this condo I would say you will not find much better. :)

It was an awesome weekend
