About this property

Private Guest House in the heart of Beverly Hills

This private Guest House is not near Beverly Hills or Beverly Hills adjacent. it is in the HEART of Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive is but a 5 minute walk. All of Beverly Hills is walk-able from our location.

The studio is a bright single space with 2 full size beds separated from the main house with self check-in / check-out and private access from a side gate. Working gas fireplace & 1 full bathroom and kitchenette. TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other channels. Great WiFi connection.

The backyard is also a great place to hang out and all guests are welcome and encouraged to use it. It can get chilly in the winter but the firepit gives off plenty of heat.

There is a stair case that leads up to the unit so guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.

Please note that there is no overnight parking allowed in almost everywhere in Beverly Hills and none in front of our place. There are options nearby but you'll need to contact us for more information.

A trip to Beverly Hills for Harry Potter on Broadway!

My twin sister and I stayed here for a weekend trip to see Harry Potter on Broadway in Hollywood. We absolutely loved our stay and could not have asked for a better weekend. This is the best location possible in town and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Great stay

Fantastic location. Walkable to tons of places in BH and to public transportation to places like Santa Monica, Hollywood and Westwood. Did not need to use Uber/Lyft much outside of airport. Check in was easy. Cute guest house with nice outdoor seating and fire table also.

Full kitchen was nice. A few blocks from Wilshire Drive and short walk to Rodeo Drive. Quiet residential neighborhood. Towels and sheets smelled amazing!

Small space - great location as payoff

This review is based on the views of a stay by a 50 year old mom and her 16 year old daughter. Cons - Bathroom - very small (what we referred to as) our "man" bathroom with simply a toilet, standing shower space (difficult to shave for women, and not sure if my husband would've been with on the trip whether his 6'3" frame would've been able to shower without stooping over), and a small vanity sink (no room to "spread out" toiletries, make up). We improvised and made the space work for us by using the kitchen sink and counter area as our place to "spread out" and utilize an extra sink. There are 2 full length mirrors in the living space, so that also helped with getting ready outside of the bathroom space. Stairs - Steep, and will need to carry everything up and down them. For reference, my daughter wears a size 12 women's shoe, and to keep her balance, she was most comfortable placing her entire foot lengthways on each step to walk up and down. This was NOT a problem for us, but I feel it needs noted for anyone who this could be an issue for. These "cons" were, in our opinion, definitely worth the positive payoff of the location, safety, and convenience of this place. Not once were we concerned about walking the few blocks to get our breakfast and coffee, shopping, grabbing an Uber, and throughly enjoying our trip. I also appreciated the privacy. If I needed to contact the owner, there was information on how to, but I did not need to. Enjoyed our stay!

Take the very good with small bad

A++ location. If visiting Beverly Hills area, hard to beat the location. Very short walk to Beverly Hills restaurants / shopping. Quick Uber ride to West Hollywood, etc. Great value for Beverly Hills, though this is studio small apartment above a garage - so don’t expect luxury. Definitely clean and serviceable as a place to just sleep/shower, but nothing beyond that. Parking was a bit of a pain - street parking readily available for the day, but overnight parking required a bit of a walk (0.5 mile walk and unless done before 8am, had an overnight cost). Entering/exiting was also a bit of hassle - have to navigate past parked cars in a narrow driveway and then open/lock driveway gate each time you enter and leave property (not a big deal! But may be annoying if you are coming in and out a lot).
