Quality mountain home built in 2017 with spectacular views of the continental divide. Close proximity to hiking, mountain biking, and nordic/alpine skiing. Brew pub nearby. 10-minutes to Nederland with groceries, shops, and restaurants. 35 minutes to Boulder, 45 minutes to NW Denver.

In a forested subdivision with 1 acre lots. Neighbors are mostly families with kids. Great walks from the house. Large deck. Full kitchen, open living area, large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and work space. Second bedroom on main floor. Quality furnishings: hardwood floors, leather furniture, granite counters, gas cookstove, baseboard heat (not forced air), woodstove, washer/dryer, internet. Caretaker may be present in a separate walkout basement apartment. TV available if you have a fire stick. Weekly cleanings available.

Your host

We have lived in the mountains of Colorado since 1990, we enjoy the outdoors and travel! We built our current home in 2017, and spend time in the gardens and work from home. Love it here!

Why they chose this property

Wonderful neighborhood with mostly young families and some retired folks too. We have never lived in such a friendly and welcoming community. We all know each other and watch out for each other.

What makes this property unique

Views, easy access to the mountains, brewery, pizzeria, and coffee shop, and about 5 miles away, the small town of Nederland with shops, main street, groceries, and our very own Carousel of Happiness :-)
