Relax in sEaSCAPES’ beautiful garden, take a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Discovery Trail, or cross the street for a round of golf at the Peninsula Golf Course. Enjoy staying on the north end of town in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, pub, fitness center, golf, and bus stop.
The single level house features a modern, well designed open floor plan with airy vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings of the living room where you can kick back and relax watching a movie on the 65” flatscreen TV or curl up with a good book and enjoy the gas fireplace.
Cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove top with grill, dishwasher, Keurig single and carafe coffee maker, microwave, and pantry. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and utility sink.
The primary bedroom, tucked behind French doors has a ensuite bathroom with large shower and walk-in closet. It features a King bed, sitting area to relax and read, and a 55” smart TV.
The queen bedroom is down a short hallway and next to the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom looks out to the street and features 2 twin beds.
From the living room, step out to the covered deck, brick patio, and beautiful garden in the fenced backyard. Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ, sitting around the glass table, or sitting on the deck watching folks playing golf across the street.
The double car garage provides secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. In the shed find 2 clam guns and 3 bicycles for your enjoyment on the Discovery Trail.

- No Pets allowed on the property. Strictly enforced.
- Parking – Room for 2 cars to be parked in the garage.
- There is no street parking. Cars parked on the street may be towed. (Per city rule)
- There is no room for trailers, RVs, or boats at this property.
- There is a strictly enforced maximum limit of 6 people.

- The person who booked the property must be 25 years of age or older and present during the length of the stay.
- Outside guests or visitors are not permitted. We respectfully put forth that only those numbered on the reservation may access the property.
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property, including the back deck and yard.
- There is one decibel reader in the house. It alerts to loud noises. It does not recognize voices, words, or record. (NoiseAware)
