Unwind and relax after your day of adventures at our clean and quiet custom-built home. Located just a quick walk or bike ride away from Rosemary Beach. This beautiful home is within walking distance to the brick-paved streets of 30Avenue that boasts plenty of upscale dining, nightlife, shopping, and fun for the whole family! Take a dip in the community pool, a ride on the golf cart or bikes and sink into the lush couch to binge watch your favorite show on YouTube TV or Firestick!

As you enter the home you are greeted with the light and airy feel of this open floorplan home. It features a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The gorgeous hardwood floors stretch through the entire home to take you on your journey through comfort and relaxation. The living room boasts seating around the TV with open views of the kitchen. The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops with plenty of room to host a full meal. Upgraded appliances and cooking essentials make cooking that meal a breeze. The bar seating and dining table are perfect for making lifelong family memories. Get some shut eye and snooze away your busy days in one of the three bedrooms. Each bedroom is host to a TV and plush mattresses (NEW) for maximum comfort. The primary boasts a king-sized bed, the guest bedroom features a queen, and a two twin over two full bunkbeds in the third bedroom. Wash away the day in either one of the full bathrooms featuring beautiful tile. One offers a tub/shower combo and the other features a stand-up shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. The backyard is private, quiet and the perfect area for a relaxing barbeque. It is fully fenced with a private hot tub, and offers enough seating for the entire family.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Guests are also welcome to the complementary amenities included in your stay. These include:

☀️Golf cart and 4 bikes are complimentary! If for some reason, the golf cart and/or bikes are broken beyond our control, no refunds will be given. We will do everything possible to get them fixed in a timely manner.

The golf cart must be driven by an adult 25+ years of age with PROOF of license and insurance. A waiver will need to be signed at least 10 days prior to arrival. If license, insurance card, and signed waiver is not provided, the key will not be provided. Please provide email after booking so I may send waiver. Please sign and send back waiver with a copy of your license and insurance card. Golf carts may be driven in Inlet Beach, down 30A, and any communities that allow them. Please note, golf carts are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest or Alys.☀️

ABOUT THE AREA: Located in Inlet Beach directly behind 30Avenue shops where you have 7 restaurants, a Marble Slab Creamery, a yoga studio, spa, shops and a sprawling green space and stage for local live music most nights! Walk to the famous Donut Hole, Rosemary Beach Farmers market or bike to Seacrest and Alys Beaches. Don’t forget Lake Powell, which is a wonderful place to fish, paddleboard, and hike.

Beach Access:
Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Found less than .7 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride your bike.

Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. (Allows beach chair rentals)

Wall Street Beach Access: Found about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. However, there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access (allows beach chair rental and set).

Additional Information:
We joyfully welcome one dog (up to 35 lbs), provided it is hypoallergenic and non-shedding. A non-refundable fee of $225 is required upon booking for additional cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Kindly ensure to clean up after your pet in the house and yard to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Please note that certain breed restrictions may apply. We do not permit Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Siberian Huskies, and German Shepherds. While we adore animals, our strict policy is in place for the safety and comfort of all guests, considering potential allergies and ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.
