Sophisticated and comfortable 3 bedroom (one king, one queen), 1 large bath, 3rd bedroom is private office. Freshly painted with tile floors that have the look of wood and the easy cleanup of tile. Conveniently located on James Island, minutes to Folly Beach and just a car ride away from Downtown Charleston. Granite kitchen and marble island, stainless steel appliances give lots of room to prep and cook.
Lazy Magnolia trees shade the yard. Beautiful wood deck to lay in the sun.
Dog friendly with fully fenced yard. Private and close to shopping, Coffee houses, Bars, Restaurants. Uber to the Pour House for some live music and dancing.

James Island Extended Stay

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The location was perfect—close to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed me to relax. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen supplies to extra linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of the house is the outdoor space—a lovely patio. Kimberly was responsive and accommodating, making sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone staying in James Island.
