Come and stay in the Tennessee Sunset Cabin in the Woods. The stress of the world is left behind as you smell the privet & clover while sitting on your private deck watching the sunset into the foothills. The horses, mini donkeys, & goats will greet you if you choose to take a stroll around the farm where you will likely see deer, owls, & turkey among other wildlife.
Grab our grooming supplies and a couple of hammocks as you stroll our 165ac farm and explore new places to unwind.

Beautiful farm and cabins! I love that it’s pet friendly and has lots of animals around to visit. Ms. Laurie is a great host that went above and beyond. Highly recommend
Property is located on an easy to reach road and within distance of many areas. Property owner communicates well and is very helpful. Peaceful property that is sure to help you unwind. Would rent from the owner again
We enjoyed our stay. The country atmosphere is nice. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The internet connection works great. If you are trying to decide to stay here pay close attention to the size of the cabin, the rooms and the overall accommodations. This is a small cabin with a small bathroom. There is not a sink in the bathroom; however the kitchen sink is close by with a small mirror. It is comfortable for 2 people.
Cabin C was perfect for our small family and we loved the location and the farm. This was a great place to get away from it all and relax for a few days! Cabin C would be a little tight for anything other than a couple or a family of three, you would need to stay at one of the other cabins. Very highly recommended if you are looking to unplug and relax.
Great idea for a getaway....too bad the property did not live up to expectation. The cabin and surrounding area had not been maintained properly. Outside burn pit was full of debris and overgrown, back porch/patio had no working lights, outside shower enclosure unfinished, both doors leading to the outside were hard to open and shut, bathroom door would not close, bed was too low to the floor and the supporting leg of the railing was broke and just propped up under the bed for support. It fell on my foot when I tried to slide the bed over to access a wall plug at the head of the bed. I could have gotten along with all the above as a minor inconvenience BUT the coffee pot still had the grounds in the filter from a previous visit and was filled with mold and mildew growing in it, the refrigerator had outdated condiments inside which had leaked and made a mess of the door. When contact was made with owner/renter request for refund was ignored, I supplied time/date stamped pictures and was even asked if we had used the coffee pot!!!
Beautiful area! Me and my kids absolutely loved being able to go around the farm as we pleased! Highly Recommend staying here and will definitely go back!
This is a tiny, cozy little cabin away from almost everything. The only thing I was surprised at was the tiny part, but the amenities are clean and convenient.
Tips for staying here:
1. If hot water is not coming through, push button on tankless hot water control panel. I reset circuit breaker before trying this.
2. Bring a cooler. There is a little fridge and a portable electric two burner stove, but you'll want a little more space if there for more than 2 days.
3. The sink is tiny and only one on the property.
4. Take a shower outside at midnight. Trust me.
It was a wonderful and relaxing quick vacation outside the city. Getting to walk around and see the animals was a nice distraction. You've got more privacy than in my subdivision and very cozy setup. Internet worked flawlessly the few times I used it. Looks like plans to expand features; just enough to walk around and see to keep you busy. Getting to walk around and see the animals was a nice distraction. I will be back, I'm sure.

Why they chose this property
We offer privacy in nature that is seldom found paired with the convenience of an hour's drive to Nashville sights, Huntsville's Space & Rocket Center, 30 min from Jack Daniels & the bourbon tour, and abundant hiking either way.
Our farm babies are all very friendly and look forward to your visit. Come and enjoy a quiet evening by the campfire, relaxing on your deck while grilling steaks and sipping ...whatever you choose to sip. haha.
We are friendly here at the farm but offer you all the privacy you like.
What makes this property unique
We offer private hiking trails with enough climb to really get the heart-rate up ( or at least it does mine). Horses, goats, minis, and farm fresh eggs from our hens are just a few of the fun things you will find on our farm... along with doggos and kitties, of course. We also stock lawn games for outside fun if you decide to spend the day on the farm.
