Quiet location on the outskirts (dead end) of Emden. Cozy furnished holiday house. In the village center only about 3 minutes walk away, you will find an Edeka market, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, a bank and doctors. The nearby shopping center (DollartCenter) offers plenty of shopping. It is 2.5 km to Emden / Leer University of Applied Sciences. In five to ten minutes by car in the harbor, at Borkumkai and sea dike, and at the Knock. The city center is 4.5 kilometers with the sights Kunsthalle, Landesmsuem, Otto-Huus and Delft with museum ships and ramparts. Good starting point for trips in the Krummhörn. A parking space is available.

In addition, there is a bathroom with shower / WC and a separate toilet in the house. A garden with a south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture for 6 people invites you to linger. Also a balcony offers space for cozy evenings.
