Small cozy cottage in a quiet residential area on a historic Warft, with a beautiful terrace and a small barbecue area. Garaging for bicycles. Directly on the Ems / Dollart / cycle route. 10 minutes walk from the Ems estuary. Close to the swimming pool, good shopping. Varied cultural offer in Emden (5 km), and z. B. Harbor and canal trips, Kunsthalle, Ostfriesisches Landesmuseum, Otto Huus. Nice bike rides are possible from here.
