Lovely holiday home in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the historic Emder Wallanlagen. Our wall bead lies in a traffic-calmed street. The large, sunny garden with covered garden terrace, facing south, invites you to linger. A barbecue is available. Two bicycles belong to the house. A lockable garaging for bicycles is available. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach: the city center, the Kunsthalle, the Nordseehalle, the theater, the Friesentherme, a canoe rental and a bakery and a supermarket.
Cottage, bath, 2 bedrooms:
The 100 square meter house offers a spacious, bright living-bedroom with sofa bed with LCD TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Sunny dining room with stunning views of the garden. The bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, as well as a sink and toilet. In the upper part of the house there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One room has a double bed and one room has two single beds. A high chair and a baby cot are available. All rooms have a nice view to the garden. Washing machine available on request.
