Three Palms Bungalow was perfect for our 10 day stay over the holidays. It was conveniently located near family and friends in the area so we were able to walk to many places. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio. The living room was comfy for the end of the day glass of wine and Netflix viewing. It was an awesome stay and my husband and daughter have already told me they want to stay there again.
Stayed here while visiting family in the area, and was very impressed with the patio and how well-equipped the kitchen was. Was very comfortable and the location can't be beat- will definitely be try to stay here again in the future.
Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is very walkable and people are friendly. The back outdoor patio is a really nice place to relax and entertain. Would definitely stay again.
This is the ideal spot for an individual, couple or small family to stay in downtown Sarasota. Stylish, clean, and close to everything. Really enjoyed it and look forward to visiting again!
Everything was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay and the location of the house.
Only reason for a four star on cleanliness was a cockroach found in the kitchen.
Thank you for the great week!
We love staying DT Sarasota, and this spot is fantastic! Close to restaurants, coffee shops, rhe Marina, neighborgood bars! Loved this roomy house, quiet neighborgood, and private backyard!
The home was very nice and clean. It was also very well equipped with every thing you need and more, including beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The location was very convenient and walkable to downtown restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again.
Very quiet neighborhood, close to the bay and beaches. The house was very nice with the old woodwork still in tact. Comfortable bed and well equipped with all the comforts of home. I'd stay here again and am planning on doing so.
This is a great property. It’s convenient to restaurants, bars, church and grocery stores. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house has all the comforts of home with a great little back yard. Our time here was so relaxing. We hope to return next year.
This was our 5th or 6th annual visit to this property. It is in a great location. Easily walkable to much of what downtown Sarasota has to offer. The house is cute & cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Love the backyard and grill. We really enjoy grilling a nice fresh seafood dinner "at home" 5-6 nights per week and simply relaxing in the warm evenings.
We spent a week in this adorable bungalow. Everything was great. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants, Marina is walking distance as well as Botanical Gardens. Siesta Key is a quick 15 minute ride. The house itself has a very cool, eclectic vibe and was one of the most well equipped homes we have stayed in. It had everything from beach chairs to umbrellas, beach towels, even lots of spices/oils etc...for cooking. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
This home was nice and cozy. Great central location. House had every-thing we could need. Beach items were great. Thank you. (A single cup coffee maker would have been great for next time.)
Washer and dryer was a perk, and the fully stocked kitchen items.
We stayed in Sarasota at the Three Palms after hurricanes washed away our cottage in Anna Maria, Nov. 2024. We had little experience with VRBO so were a little unsure of the process, but our owners Bob and Bonnie led us thru it easily. Very easy entry with a keypad, combo provided to us before leaving our home. We were immediately impressed by the detailed decor and preservation of features of this older home. It was completely renovated to include all modern features, but they respected the style of the home. The stained glass windows are gorgeous. Some of the other good features: Good lighting in kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Coffee pot makes a wonderful brew. Full-size oven and fridge were very clean. Big shower, nice large towels.
This cottage is in a great location. We walked to Selby Gardens, Toasted Mango, Pastry Art, the Chalk Festival (held in Nov.), and the Farmer's Market 7-noon on Saturdays. We did our walking mostly early in the morning when the shops were closed, and shopped mostly at the UTC mall. However, if you are so inclined, there are many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants within walking distance (15-30 min.) of the cottage.
In the evenings we were able to watch TV and relax, with all of our regular shows available on Xfinity TV, tho we were not able to access You Tube TV. The bedrooms both have ceiling fans and small closets.
I can't say enough good things about our visit to Three Palms and highly recommend it.
