- Mitarbeiter wirkten überfordert , - Freundlichkeit hat gefehlt Check in und out, - Bettwäsche dreckig (Gelb), - Allgemeine Küchengeräte fehlen , - Bilder hingen auf den Kopf - Für eine moderne Residenz ein Witz , - Badezimmer und Toilette müssen mal Neu gemacht werden (altbacken).
