Why they chose this property

We think that this property is unique due to its location, views, luxury and thoughtful finishes and comfort. we built this property so we would ultimately live here, and rent out our main house, so we didn't spare expenses.

What makes this property unique

easy walking distance to almost anything in solana beach, including numerous surf breaks, the world famous Belly Up Tavern for live music, and dozens of restaurants and bars, the Cedros design district and really almost any service you need.
