Experience comfort and luxury in paradise! The Sea Turtle Villa offers Island living at it's best! We are located in Port Royal Village, perfectly nestled between the beautiful Port Royal Golf Course and the white sugar sands of Islander Beach.
The main living area offers a nicely equipped kitchen with brand new, high-end, stainless steel appliances and tons of granite counter space. The kitchen seats 6 at the counter or gather at the dining table in the separate dining area. The living room features a comfortable sectional (with queen sleeper) and a 65" smart TV.
The spacious and bright owner's suite has a new king memory foam mattress and 55" smart TV. There is also a desk, for those days you can't completely disconnect from the office. Relax in the updated ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large tile shower.
The 2nd bedroom suite offers a new king memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Take in the ocean breeze on the expansive, partially screened deck.
Use our beach wagon, chairs and towels for a relaxing day at the beach. Take a leisurely 10 minute walk from the front door to toes in the sand at the best beach on the east coast. Need a break from the beach? Relax at one of the two on-site pools. The Port Royal clubhouse with golf and tennis/pickleball is less than a mile away. It really doesn't get much better than this!!
For security of our guests and our property, there is a Ring video doorbell at the entrance of the villa.
As of March 2024, there is construction on the property behind the villa. There may be some noise related to this work.

Clean, Quiet and Great Location

Beautiful and well thought out condo for our stay in Hilton Head. Just an enjoyable 5 minute walk to the beach and 5-15 minutes drive to just about anything you need on the island.

Just lovely!

We had a lovely long weekend. The condo was spotless, and in a perfect location. It was easy to get to the beach, but it was also a nice quiet location. The beds were comfy, and all of the furniture was so new and clean- so rare for a VRBO! We appreciated the little extras- the laundry and dishwasher detergent, the snacks, and the "in case you forgot it" basket. All of the little touches made it that much easier to relax into our trip.

Spectacular Hilton Head Island Home

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home provided the absolute perfect place to call home in between golfing, sightseeing, and hanging out on the beach. This home had an amazing open kitchen/living room style that made it fun to cook, socialize and relax with our friends. The kitchen was filled with all of the cooking items needed to feel right at home. We LOVED sitting on the deck at night and watching the exciting wildlife from the second floor. The king sized beds in both rooms and 5 minute walk to the ocean is what originally sold us on the unit, but when we arrived to there, we were in awe of how clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated the home was. I would highly recommend this home to able bodied adults since there are two set of stairs to walk up to the front door. This unit was the perfect weeklong get-away for two couples. We will definitely be back!

Excellent villa

Our short stay in Hilton head was accentuated by this amazing villa. Clean, excellent decor and amenities as well as help and immediate communication by the owners. It’s immediately obvious they take pride in this place as well as their offering to guests. Info pack was simple and easy to follow. Check in and check out was easy and straight forward. We had a baby so required the use of tv, microwave as well as washer and dryer. The host gave us some excellent recommendations as well as allowing us to check out later than standard time. Wi-Fi was very strong and tv in each room is a great touch. We will be coming back for sure!!

Does not disappoint

From the moment of arrival until the moment we left, our stay at Sea Turtle Villa was perfect. Every detail has been thought through to provide an enjoyable stay. The Villa is conveniently located to the beach and the pool. The hosts have provided a book with helpful information regarding the Villa and places to eat and things to do. My husband and I travel quite a bit and Sea Turtle Villa has been one of our favorite places to stay and felt like home. We lived our time on the island and look forward to our return!

Amazing seat turtle Villa

Karen's place was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! It was so comfortable and clean- decorated so well and had more luxuries than any other 5 star hotel! The towels and linens were top grade! They thought of everything - even a tray of extra toothbrush/ toothpaste etc in case you forgot! It was a quick stay for us but we will definitely come back with our whole family! Steps to the beach and on the bikes we rented only took us 3 minutes! Plenty of parking space and a great place so close to one of the nicest beaches! Thank you!!

Amazing stay!

This is a great property with friendly, welcoming owners! The short walk to the ocean and two pools was fantastic, and the condo was very well equipped! We truly enjoyed this property, and will be looking to stay again in the future!

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island the first time we visited! We are empty nesters with 5 adult children and love to spend time on the island whenever we are able to escape our home in Upstate NY. We are so lucky to be able to share our love for Hilton Head with others through this property! We also are very passionate about Sea Turtle preservation and offer information about these majestic creatures to our guests! We look forward to making Hilton Head our full-time home in the future!

We love this villa and have worked hard to make sure it is a comfortable home base for all your Hilton Head adventures! It's a 10 minute stroll from the front door to toes in the sand at Islander Beach. We also enjoy the two pools close to the villa. The villa is completely updated with new EVERYTHING! We enjoy our time here and are lucky to be able to share it with others!

Our villa offers lots of outdoor space to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We provide comfortable seating options on each of the three balconies/decks. One deck is even screened with a ceiling fan for maximum comfort!
The Sea Turtle villa is one of very few completely renovated villas in the area. The bathrooms are luxurious and the kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The furnishings throughout are high-end and stylish, sure to make you feel right at home!
