The cozy apartment is located in the 1. First floor of a holiday complex on the south beach. It is located at the quiet end of a promontory between the beach and the marina overlooking the harbor. The city of Burg and the Burgstaaken fishing port are visible above the green belt beyond. The walk to the best beach of the island is only about 100 meters. On the beach promenade there are many shops, restaurants and the leisure, spa and adventure FehMare. The nearest bus stop is only a few steps away.

The cozy apartment comprises a living / sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is equipped for 2 - 3 persons and 25 square meters (small but fine). Our guests should feel comfortable.
Living room / bedroom
The living room has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with divided spring mattresses, sitting area (sleeping for 3. Person) and a dining area. A modern 32 "LED TV with satellite connection and a stereo with CD player are a matter of course. A small selection of books promises comfortable reading hours. The dimmable ceiling washer gives a pleasant atmosphere. For a restful sleep, blackout blinds provide. The floor is covered with floor-to-ceiling laminate flooring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2-plate stove, microwave with grill, fridge with *** star freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg cooker. She also has enough glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with shower, stool, plenty of storage space, hair dryer. An electronically controlled instantaneous water heater ensures consistently warm water and a towel bathroom radiator for cozy warmth. The floor is designed with pleasantly warm cork panels.

Vacuum cleaner, tumble dryer to take off in the bathroom, games, dishwashing and cleaning products.
Two bicycles are available for free in the bicycle storage room.
A private parking space in front of the house and an elevator allow a stress-free moving into the apartment.
