The exclusive and comfortable holiday home is quiet and centrally located between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea and has a floor space of approximately 86 sqm. A garden with two terraces, with beach chairs and 2 parking spaces belong to the outdoor area.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating so that it can be used all year round. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a stove, which provides additional well-being and cozy evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and stove with oven.

The beach and the village center can be reached in about 10 minutes.
